    Angolz and cdjapan were the only places that ever credited me for a damaged box. N-Y flat out ignored my emails completely for my vf-25g renewal which had a puncture/hole in the middle of the box. Luckily the valk wasn't damaged. Man i've always preferred that dyrl off white but now seeing it next to the aracdia valks, it looks like it's yellowing. I really hate how yellowing looks so this may color (ha!) me against those old dyrl yamato valks now.

    That ridge issue seems really stupid. Why are the ridges there in the first place if you need to flip down the barrel? I'm surprised there isn't more outrage about this.

    Man there always seem to be something to worry about with protecting our collections. Yellowing, heat, water damage, flightpose stands taking paint off and now boxes collapsing. Ugh.

    Yeah not interested in model kits. Got a metal composite rx-79 and now i have appetite for more. Unfortunately they are hard to get for a reasonable price. I was hoping KOs would help satisfy the craving.

    I'm late to the game for the metal composite series. Finally got my rx-79-02 gundam the orgin metal composite reissue a few months back. It's been sitting in my private warehouse since feb but got it this weekend. I have to say i'm impressed, exceeded all my expectations. I didn't know anything about the metal composite series at all and this purchase was totally an impulse buy. I was so enthralled by this figure, i just looked at it and handled it for 2 hours. Didn't even put any accessories on it yet except for the backpack. I'm so impressed i want to get more. Doing some googling it seems like the selection isn't great and they hard to come by now. Is this line dead? Couldn't find any info on any future releases. And why is the selection so limited for what is out? Don't really care about the unicorn mecha. And why the zeta variants but not the actually zeta from the show. Many Psycho gundams but no Gundam mk2 with g-defensor? Then there is these metal build figures. From what i've been able to gather online Metal builds and composites are the same thing just composite is UC only? Can anyone clarify this to me? Also am i going going to have to go through preoorder madness like bandai dxs to get these things?

    Finally got a chance to play with the 262 a bit this weekend. I tried putting on the box weapon set from the armored 171 set. Can't seem to clip it on to the left side. The right side is fine. Switched them and still the same issue. Looks like the left side weapon clips wasn't built to correct spec/size? Anyone else have this issue?

    When i first started this hobby, there was no preorder madness. I virtually never bought anything on release day. I always bought when i was ready to buy. I usually just looked for deals and worked the new stuff around the deals. Now however i'm getting everything as a preorder to avoid paying higher later or missing out entirely which leads me to missing out of deals. I miss the old days.

    I want to get 2 more as well but tapped hard this month. Have wife's birthday, mothers day for both wife and mother and also a fan con event this weekend. Not to mention the shitload of collectibles i've bought the last couple of months and will be buying in may.
