I have two super parts on order from N-Y. One with ems and the other sal. I've only gotten one invoice for an extra $5 US, so far.

Yeah i don't think the 1/48s came with attachment pieces if memory serves so they would need those attachment pieces included with the stand.

Are you talking about the discovery trailer or the Seth McFarlane thing?

I found this pic at the official star trek website. You can see that for Discovery they are still using that old Ralph McQuarrie design as a basis so the ship in the trailer is definitely not discovery.

That isn't the Discovery in the trailer. That's the Shenzou(sp), Michelle Yeoh's ship. The Discovery is captained by that guy from OA. Can't remember his name at the moment. They are still holding back from showing a lot of stuff. my impressions: I think it's filmed beautifully but I think it was a mistake to make this 10 years prior to Kirk. It simply doesn't match up design or continuity wise. I really hope those are different type of Klingons rather than a redesign of the current Klingons. It would be better for this to take place in a different time period or just be a remake like it wants to be.

In my cases it was damaged boxes and styrofoam but i can't see it being any different for the melted tray. I always say to them that i know it's silly to complain about the packaging but the expectation when these are bought (for me at least, probably others as well) is that the package needs to be reasonably intact/not damaged in case i want to resell it someday. If the package is damaged before i get it (unless i was aware of it) i'm right away losing value of what i bought. That's why i was pissed when n-y would do anything for me on my vf-25g renewal arrived with a puncture hole all the way through the box and styrofoam. If i decide to resell it i'm going to have to discount it. That's what sucks about buying online. In a store i can at least inspect a package somewhat before i make the decision to buy. I would never choose a valk with a damaged box (unless discounted). I don't think online retailers should ignore these issues. They are just lucky there aren't many other options to shop elsewhere.

Yeah but the valks come with the adapters so i'm not sure why the stand needs them included. The question is do they come with the adapters the stand originally came with, for the valks that didn't have the adapters included.

Looks like they abandoned the standard uniform color coding of gold, blue and red with Gold, Silver and Bronze?

This looks like it will be worse than enterprise in preserving continuity. Strangely no scenes of discovery itself or what role it will play.

A good shop will at least offer you something like $10-$20 refund or towards your next purchase like cdjapan and angolz.

It's interesting, i was looking at the listing for the zero ghosts. Apparently they're modifying the yamato molds so they work with Arcadia's zero valks. Also the roy vf-1s says this: Recent changes: aircraft front wheel steering, based on a community to do more improvements. Not sure what that means?

Yeah i agree. Consistency is definitely a problem all across anime. It's frustrating because it can be easily overcome with a little thought put into it.

Finally got in my mp11 starscream reissue. Transformed him to fighter and i noticed the nose cone is grey not blue like the 2012 reissue. Is this a common thing or do i have a odd duck? Looks better with the grey nose cone by curious on reasoning behind this? -
