Heh. One of the rare times I actually paid for my preorder with ny early and it gets delayed. They should've known about the delay prior to enacting the payment cut off.

Well looks like n-y is at it again. The lil draken set became available agin tonight. I paid for one. Going through the payment process I noticed a new option for wrapping. 250 yen extra after shipping costs for a choice of 2 different wrappings or a bag option. You don't have to get it but I'm thinking they are going to ship these lil drakens out in the shipper boxes they come in and not an outer box like they have been till now. I hope this isn't true but I'm thinking it is.

Got my defender. I was surprised how small the box was. I was expecting the same size box as the spartan.

I don't recall ever seeing the DYRL Regult in the movie. Was it in a blink and you miss it scene?. Can't seem to find any screenshots on google.

Yeah, i think this is the best thing about n-y. It's annoying when I have cash I can't pay off upcoming preorder. I want to pay those off because I'll probably spend that money on other deals I see,

Wow? Really? That's a whole extra $200 CAD for me. I can't see why it would cost that much more. Arcadia disappoints again.

Yes! Finally! Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end of HG frakking over Macross. So if HG loses the licence, what happens to Robotech as a brand. Do the Japanese companies get all the materials. I remember reading that new anime licensees get all the materials (scripts, audio tracks etc) from the previous licensees.

Those Antarctic comics were terrible even by 90s standards. I don't even consider most of them as "professional" works. There was one series (can't remember the name) where the art was obviously done by a non-artist, just some guy who could doodle in the margins of his school notebook. A lot of them had "story" that was utter gibberish. Jeez thinking about this now makes me want to dig up some scans and laugh at it again. It amazing HG would ever allow their brand to get insulted by that crap. I'd love to see a documentary from antarctic's perspective on making these comics and what a crap show it must have been.

I expected Arad to be released dec but that appears not be happening. I'm okay with that as there is a ton of other stuff to get till dec.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. 2 kids under the 4 years. They keep you busy. I actually have a stack of toys that I haven't got to yet.

Sadly I haven't transformed mine yet either. Or my vf-31f. Man I'm so crazy busy. I'm not sure why I even bother buying valks, never have time to play with them.
