No word yet. I'm actually hoping they hold off for a bit since oct to march is going to be jam packed with Arcadia and Bandai releases.

That Hagin is so niche even within a niche that I doubt it will see well. I hope it doesn't kill the line. It's funny the head of Arcadia said no to the LOGH ships. From the way they are talking it seems like the VF-11b is a long shot. Which makes the 11c an even longer shot. Makes me wonder if they even own the Yamato mold. I hope we can at the very least get a re-release of the Yamato mold if they don't do a new mold. I hate the cockpit heat shield of the Yamato mold but it's better than nothing.

Well I'm glad to see that I'm not loosing my mind. I was trying to figure this out thinking why can't I figure this out. Thanks for confirming that the piece is bigger. I never was able to get the bandai release. I guess the bootleg isn't as accurate as the comparison pics led me to believe. -
I agree with your points. That booster attachment seems more silly the more i think about it. It looks like it just attaches on the back? How does it get its fuel or enough of it? I admit i know very little about how in-universe x-wing mechanics and fuel or how the engines even work.

Yeah updating the viper with a more fighter plane aesthetic worked out really good. THE BSG itself, I'm not a fan but it works in the context of the series story.

I didn't get the Ezri becoming a captain in the expanded media. I just don't see her becoming a captain. There's a tenancy for these novel writers to make everyone become a captain or admiral. Not everyone becomes a captain. I was so glad in DS9 when they didn't have Jake join Starfleet - unless some novel writer has changed this.

I wasn't just star wars I was referring too but yeah I agree nostalgia has a factor but I don't think that's it. I'm not one of those people that complain that everything is crap except for the stuff when I was young. The best example I can think of right now is ST DS9. Loved the design work in that series (and the previous series as well) but something changed toward the end of that series. When they started using CGI designs the designs became less unique IMO. The thing I like about ST designs was that they were easy to draw. As a kid, i could draw the enterprise or the d7. Even as an adult I can't sit down and draw the Breen ship from memory (or the Son'a ships from insurrection). All those designs seem to mix in together and don't stand out on their own. For me at least. I dunno, it's hard to vocalize (yeah I know) it in writing.

I one of the few that think the Thrawn trilogy is awful. I don't understand how people think it so good. It's completely overrated to me. I can see people liking it at the time it was released mainly because it was one of the limited numbers of merchandise that were available at the time. But now ... It's interesting you don't think much of Peter David. He's considered a great writer in the comics field and has a huge following. The only ST novel i read of his was Vendetta which I remember being good at the time (when it came out what 20 years ago?). But it definitely had fanfiction elements of connecting eve3rything in ST. I'm not sure I would like it as much if I reread now.

The Naboo Starfighter and space yacht are pretty much the only spaceship designs that are memorable from the prequel trilogy (for me at least). And they pale in comparison the OT designs. I find this problem in most movies, not just SW. Lately spaceship designs in movies are not...i dunno...iconic like they were in the 80s. I realize it takes time for something to become iconic but I don't see much potential in the designs since then barring a couple exceptions. I don't why I feel this way. Maybe it was the switch from building practical models to using CGI? I really don't know. I just know most designs these days may be nice but are forgettable once I'm finished watching the show/movie.

Came across this video that relates to what you were saying. My reaction was ....wow. There is so much quitting Starfleet and rejoining starfleet that they must have a revolving door installed at the main recruitment office.

Hmm mine doesn't go on. I seems like the attachment piece is too narrow to fit over top the sword piece. Maybe it's the danger of getting a boot leg that doesn't adhere to the specs of the original. Thanks for the info f360. -

I got a metal gear Gundam 00 raiser. It's pretty awesome. However I'm having an issue putting the 0 raiser on the stand with gn03 sword attached at the bottom. There doesn't seem an obvious way to connect it. The instructions isn't very helpful. The stand piece seems too narrow to attach to the gn03 sword piece. Anyone have any experience with this? -
That is a bad price but I've been so use to arcadia's crazy prices that anything under $300 US seems like a deal. Still not sure if I'll get it. It will depend on how many other releases are out the month it comes out.

Were these a slow seller? The hikaru one was hard to get.

Lower priority stuff will usually get bumped if the workload gets busy. They will always focus on the priority deliveries especially if they have to pay out by not meeting guarantees. A lot of POs will also run short if staff members call in sick, thus pulling people from non-essential (to them) duties. I do not know if this is the reason in your case but from my experience working for a courier years ago, this was usually the case.
