I forgot about Zand. Where did they come up that character? Was he novel exclusive or did they grab a minor background character from the show? I use to know all this useless trivia but have forgotten it over the years.

This crap is making me reconsider getting into this line. They are making it easy for me to pass on this. Multiple expensive accessories, 1/48 scale (I like it but not consistent with everything else). We use to complian about Arcadia pricing but with them at least you get the missles and strike parts included.

Is it just me or are they not promoting this movie that much. I haven’t heard anything out this movie in the last few weeks. Saw this thread today and I was reminded about the movie. I had forgotten and I was interested in seeing this. I was surprised that some ppl were already seeing it.

Seeing this really makes you realize how much they’ve bastardized OP over the Bay Movies. That TF5 design is even worse than the previous movies design. And that’s saying something. The BB movie design is such an improvement.

I see ny has put it up again however there is no pay later option now. I’ve never seen ny do this before. I think they are doing this to make people pay upfront for their crazy mark up so they don’t cancel when there is a lot available at retail on release day.

Yeah I can handle the compromises made for a cheaper price but at a price they are at? It’s a pass.

Finally got my Nexx without Nexx in. Not a fan of the lil ity bits you need to take out to put on the sap parts. Still looking good.

What I was getting at is the after market prices of getting accessories that should be included like bands and missles. If they only plan to release missiles once with the 1J then your going to have to spend astronomical aftermarket prices when the next Vf-1 is released. Either that or buy as many as you think you’ll need at the beginning.

If they don’t offer those accessory packs for each release it’s going to get ugly really quick. Way worse than the armour packs for the VF-25.

I usually never make it to the next release for PW to be useful to me. To add insult to injury, the PW expiry is usually the week before my next release so I end up waiting to ship for 60 days just to end up shipping it alone. Might as well just shipped it right away instead of waiting 2 months.

Broke down and bought the PF Sdf-1. Ended up being 580 CAD. Will probably get dinged at customs as well. But after nearly 10 years finally have it. Always regretted not getting it back when Yamato first released it.

Oh What a load of crap! This is so frickin sad. Not only are we getting gouged by not including the missiles, Each separate option add on will be an extra shipping cost on top of the over priced option set. Anyone know how to cancel a hlj order on the new site. I deleted the item but it leaves the order there empty. Is that order considered cancelled now?

When i first looked at his Tf vs Gijoe, i was like "WTF". But suprisingly i really enjoyed that series. I agree his work has a fanzine feel to it but i'm ok with it. I don't think i would like him doing the main TF series but for something like TF vs Gijoe aand now Gobots, i think he's a good fit for it.
