Hmm i thought that was a decent price for them. Anytime i've checked DHL shipping its always been exorbitantly expensive like 150-200 dollars. I always thought who would use them? Maybe it's a Canada thing?

I ordered a 1/60 yammie VF-1 and a trident stand from amiami. EMS was 5200 yen while DHL was only 7400 yen. Cheapest i ever saw DHL offered.

Got a package from Jungle today. It shipped out on the 24th with EMS. Have to say i'm impressed.

I saw that and got excited until i noticed the yellowing. I just can't do it. I hate the yellowing. Anything that yellows get packed and sold at a discount. Just makes me mad having it around.

That isn't a 1/48. It's a yamato bubblegum crisis moto slave. A really small box. I've been ordering a lot in the last month from numerous places and Registered Air Small Packet always shows up as an option along with EMS and DHL. Just the SAL options are provided. I dunno maybe it's still offered to Canada.

So Jungle finally sent me a message about the returned to sender package: Hi, We have received a returned parcel dispatched to you RA0xxxxxxxxJP due to coronavirus pandemic and Japan Post cannot deliver it to your country. Please kindly advise: 1. Wait until everything is back to normal for re-dispatch (no fees required). 2. Cancel the order and receive a refund. 3. Change to the next available shipping method (Registered Air Small Packet) and pay insufficient amount 780JPY via PayPal to info@jungle-scs.co.jp for re-dispatch. Thanks I choose option 3 and paid 10 bucks extra. Now just have to wait for Manda to contact me.

Thought this topic may be fun. I was thinking today about the 171 CF from frontier. I loved this design and the colour of it. Unfortunately the toy sucks because of breakage issues and the stupid decision to make the wings removable. We will probably never see a v2 of it. Such a wasted opportunity. What are some of your favourite designs that had a bad toy representation?

So has anyone had a parcel get returned to the shop they ordered from? I have two packages. Jungle and mandarake. when you arrange for a different shipping option do they just charge you the difference or is that initial payment for shipping lost?

On crap. I'm in Canada so it seems i'm safe for now. I have two orders i have to pay for on payday. Hopefully they don't cut off Canada before that.

My amiami packages gets snagged a lot more by customs than Mandarake. In fact hardly even happens with Mandarake. Almost always get hit with customs when ordering from HLJ.

It’s funny when Arcadia released the Vf-19kai, everyone was saying it was a bad move and that it won’t sell. Not only did it sell, it rarely shows up in the used stores. When it does, it’s super expensive.

Yeah that's the one i have (Arcadia first release). The box itself has the white googles on it. Thinking about it i remember being dissapointed because the vf-1j had a loose backpack hook right out of the box. I kind of wonder if i did get screwed.

Must of... but Jenius says there was no white visor release. Weird, i'm usually on top of these things.

Damn no PF. Have the orginal arcadia release but will probably buy this if it is grey google. Wish it was pf too to justify getting another. Arcadia while you are at lets see a pf of the yf-19 so it can have tampooed intake warnings like it should have had from the beginning.
