nah... these vajra are obviously not fully grown yet, so i'd expect the baby or kiddy vajra to be much weaker than adult types, and so they would probably have weaker armor and weapons. seems like there could more more than one variation of this second evolutionary type vajra? wings: white wings, green wings, no wings legs: 2 legged, 6-legged tailed and non-tailed granted they have more or less similar shapes esp the main body, so maybe they can chose to "retract" those parts, or perhaps they are slightly different in stages of growth.

its ok. I'm not a diehard Sheryl fan NOR diehard Ranka fan... just trying to mess wif diehard fans lol its true Ranka was emotionally affected by what she saw - IMO its still no where near confirming a romantic relation between Alto and Sheryl. some folks in this thread somehow saw that Alto has chosen Sheryl for certainty... while that may be the case in the finale, what i see is Alto didn't even make any decision yet. Sheryl's slap is funny because she had always been confident in succeeding in whatever she did, especially her singing, but she now knows its not true - her singing has little or no effect to vajra, unlike Ranka. Although we all know Ranka had unfair advantage in that belly of hers , Sheryl doesn't know about that, and she is very frustrated yet not quite resigned to the fact that Ranka's "better". well, in this world, u don't always get what you want, and u don't always get to be the best, yet Sheryl is such a spoiled brat that she's emotionally hurt just because someone else does something better than her. Seems to me Sheryl's slap is partly or hugely due to that frustration. Between the slapper and her victim, the person who's more hurt is actually the slapper (Sheryl).

the head is not only big, the sculpt is a very very poor attempt. i'm surprised this isn't in your list of reasons, but i'm more surprised that no one else brings out the problem of the head sculpt accuracy. Stick looks more like Clark Kent if his hair is black. For the price and scale, i expect a much better sculpt than that. So yeah, i definitely agree with your point #3 - toy is too expensive. I'm expecting a lower street price, and not the recommended price, so there's still some hope . As for point #1 using cloth in action figures is actually quite rare, and they serve to cover up the joints so why not? How many action figures take care of the joints problem? Very few. So i agree with jenius on this, i actually liked the idea and have always been hoping for action figures with covered/hidden joints for a long time. The Megahouse figures are horrible when un-armored especially the shoulder to arm joint where you can actually see a stick holding the arms to the body. I'd expected a much better design than that - Megahouse being subsidiary of Bandai, they have tons of experience in making action figures. sigh.... can't believe it... being born where it was produced, yet not having a chance to own one of these. So close yet so far... need a time machine PS > regarding the Toynami Beta, can anyone tell me for sure that the ugly cockpit is gonna be sticking out on the chest in battroid mode? will there be an option to remove the cockpit (a loose part during Battroid which can be attached in fighter mode)? Coz the early pics didn't show the cockpit in the chest, and i'm considering if i should do a pre-order on the Beta...

BTW, i see u mentioned the common soldier (green sleeves) Rey type, but did u get the common soldier Stick type too? hope u didn't miss that out. also, if the exclusive Yellow doesn't include the helmet head, that means u can't get it in the armored mode coz of the long hair right? anyway, i'm disappointed the CM's blowsperior dont have chest missiles... very very big letdown. thanks for the review & pics

BTW, although i think it is very possible that Ai-kun had evolved into a big-zam type, and possibly one of the 3 in the Ranka concert waving his feelers ... this big-zam looks big... slightly bigger than human size? but remember the little big-zam in the bush back on Galia 4 when Alto's vf-25 was downed? even though we didn't see its size compared to Alto/Ranka, the way it looks running under that bush suggests that its tiny... so why the discrepancy in size? (i suppose it grew big after evolving into big zam type, but in such a short time? maybe it isn't Ai-kun afterall... also... it means big-zam type size varies alot... )

Some thoughts regarding Megahouse Blowsperior: - i can roll the bike!! wheels turn ok in armored cycle mode... weeeeee~~~ (unlike the Stick/Rey Mospeadas, wheels were stuck). - chest armors too high, and forearm armors are too far forward. Like what spedfish said, might want to consider some mod to look nicer. - To use the aiming scope, the right side chest hatch must open (scope attaches to a slot between the top two chest missiles). there's a tree of chest missiles parts (for launching missiles posing option), but i can't use the aiming scope if i use these optional missiles. - the "locking" mechanism for holding the wheels up in ride armor mode is not very well designed. the wheels drop at the slightest touch (same problem as Stick/Rey's) - figure joints are not as tight as Stick/Rey's. - when using helmet-less head, i can't move Yellow's head at all coz of his long hair (yes, without the armor on. can't use helmet-less head when armored) - visor slips open too easily (similar to Stick/Rey's) - overall... i love it (maybe i'm biased this is my fav design of all ride armors)

huh? where did u guys see anything that shows Stick/Rey type with new tyres? Fly4victory's MH Stick tyres look exactly like the ones i have. i've never seen anything official about 'new tyres', only wishlists in this thread.

Berserker Sheryl ooooh yeah... or maybe she's been berserk all her life? would like to see Berserk Sheryl tearing and gnawing at Grace... eva style good job how they made Grace soooo evil and hateable. yeah perhaps they hope that mankind can inherit the rapid evolving attribute from the vajra? Classic Probably carried by the reds/yellows to create more hives at multiple locations. Red "visor" - you meant Battle Frontier? It looks really cool but i was surprised too, because it usually represents "evil robot" like you said. As for macross-class mecha action, i'd prefer a 1-on-1 fight between Battle Frontier and Battle Galaxy in the finale with perhaps Quarter & SMS being the one to assist and turn the tide. I noticed the organic stuff on the right side of the OP too, and really have no idea what it is... i hope the ending is not rushed... too many "unfinished business" unexplained plots/background stories and too few episodes left. maybe we can get some background story from OVAs or season 2

yeah i dont really like it too, cept for some parts like the Battle Frontier pic, and Sheryl sinking (eva feel?)... too many re-used footage making it boring and gives me the feeling animators didn't put much effort in the OP. And Sheryl squeezing her boob is really quite lame IMO (even though it was in the story). i guess Sheryl needed to do that for comeback /ducks projectiles lol... definitely. Seems like many people somehow forget Macross is a JAPANESE ANIMATION, its main target audience are the japanese, and NOT Macross World M7 haters. Even though I must point out that in MW there are many fans of M7 - I, for one. That said, i'm not really keen to see Battle 7 taking up an important role in Frontier, although it would be nice to see it.
