yes its kinda true, although technically speaking, Leon did not do it himself. Leon was on the phone with his subordinate, and that subordinate's job was to keep an eye on Ranka, and he was the one who did it. Of cos, we'll still blame it on Leon. and dont blame Sheryl (too much ), cos she did offer Ranka to appear on her show, but Ranka decided not to depend on Sheryl.

Ranka was supposed to appear on a TV variety show. but it turns out that it was to be replaced by a Sheryl TV special, so the variety show was cancelled. sad... yeah, korean dramas have been the rage for many years now, target audience are the ladies. My personal opinion is: they suck real bad... no kidding. The stories are really mediocre and simple, just love stories without much thoughts to the scripts, and in MASS-PRODUCTION. Most if not all, have lots and lots of problems - such as plots don't make sense, continuity/plot hole problems etc. so much that i can usually spot one or more problems in almost every episode. might be good for those who are able to just watch without thinking much about the plot and go along with the flow. but not for me, the plot holes are too obvious to go unnoticed. no offense to fans i personally prefer Japanese serials much much more to Korean dramas. the japanese serials are much better scripted and usually have much more touching storylines.

also because the missiles were too many, and those that hit the squiddies were coming in at sharp angles such that dropping chaffs (behind) are useless/will not be effective.

Bobby IS. yes noticed it in the ep where sheryl was trapped. although it didn't show any special abilities associated with the crystal -yet-, it is coincidentally an accessory, just like Sheryl's earrings, Vilra's ring etc... my impression is that Grace needs to pull on the necklace to 'activate' part of her cybernetic implant function(s). maybe it connects to her brain somewhere in the back of her neck... looks like this is how its going to be. the vajra 'fold reactor', sheryl's voice heard by Alto and Brera... all points towards this crystal. but we still don't know why the vajra wants to capture people with this gem, who are behind the vajra, who's behind the vf-27 etc... still quite alot of questions left

we really dont know much about the crystals now...IMO there should be some trade-offs, maybe there's still the energy limit - the longer the distance the more energy needed. something like that. but as for the crystal being able to overcome the fold faults (is this what u meant?), then yes it seems like it. so without fold faults, less energy is required for the space fold. if fold accidents were caused by fold faults, that means this tech is safer. Sure! glad u like it

Like i said, lets hope its not gonna be something like "flower-of-life" thingy Why do the Vajra wanna collect these things? What do they want to do with owners of these gems? Where are they bringing them? A gathering of all gem owners? Even though Luca was not singing, there's something about the resonance and a specific (sound?) wavelength that activates the crystal, perhaps Ranka's or Sheryl's singing/voice are coincidentally on the same wavelength. Maybe its not about voice or sound but rather emotions, esp strong emotions (brain-waves?) - like how Sheryl was feeling when she was singing, seemed to be able to transmit that voice/emotion to Alto at that time (or it could be Ranka's singing in the background). The fold communications/datalink device, is labelled F.S.S.A. dunno what it stands for though. It is supposed to counter the Vajra's jamming of the ghosts via this new fold communications technology (using the crystal), and also to send visual signals n data back to Frontier at near real time (enables the President & others to watch 'live' ). yup... Vilra/Bilrer/Birla was not with the President, Leon and the other guys at the viewing room, which means he is viewing from another place. but why all the secrecy with Birla? the new prototype fold communications device which is attached to Luca's RVF-25, the technology and material might probably be provided by Birla too...
