  1. Nice idea to use the front cap to cover the top opening on the connection bar in resting bomber mode. Looks great panel lined and stickered, nice work...
  2. One coat. But looking at your Grimlock, you may want to try a very small piece of double stick tape folded over once and hidden behind the ball joint, that is another option to try...
  3. I take the area in question apart, then use the given applicator on each piece and give it 5 minutes to 'set-up'. Then reassemble...
  4. I have Sally Hanson Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Clear Works great for this type of thing....
  5. Well I'm not about to second the Patlabor is BACK thing - but I will say that the series belongs on Anymoon.com ...
  6. I fully planned to do mine in blue and white fighter mode, but alas, I may have to let it go due to changing circumstances...
  7. M O S P E A D A is BACK!!* ( let me know if this is not sensitive, caring, or cautious enough for you. I want to make things right ) * This statement is simply one Mospeada fan's opinion, and is no way meant to harm the less intelligent, or those mentally unstable. If you feel you might take rash actions such as selling vital organs or other necessities to raise funds based on anticipation of some toy release that is never even stated in ANY of DarrinG's actual posts, please disregard. Or if you might just become slightly upset, crying in your diaper, please do not read. 'Mospeada is Back' refers only to the animated series remaining alive in true fans hearts no matter what merchandise is actually released this year, or any year. No MIB post has ever said anything about any product release if the freakin weak-minded, still living in his mother's basement, ignat would only look at the actual posts. 8. You know - you're right. I need to say it again. But let me run by that disclaimer I've been working on and see if its enough for you. I don't want you to be thrown into an emotional free-fall ever again on account of me. Stay tuned...
  9. Believe me, I don't mind you at all...
  10. Well hey - thanks man. I appreciate that! Glad I could help you out today...
  11. I'm glad you posted. I need to exercise my new found compassion for those like you. Gubaba- "Its going to be OK. More toys and things will be coming out." I'm currently working on a series of disclaimers for all my posts. It should help warn and comfort the weak in case they get overly excited and spend their grocery money in anticipation of some release that may not materialize for a few months yet. Hang in there, and feel free to PM me if you need some additional support...
  12. If I can see a photo of them finished and installed I will likely order some! Thanks for working on these Alpha hands. Next up - we need someone to work on a Beta Chest Cover (that doubles as a gap filler behind the cockpit in bomber mode)
  13. Tried to win this WonderFest Sunsa add-on for my Turbo Custom. Could not play with the big boys as it went up to 32,500 yen - ouch. Very cool though, hope to still land one someday...
  14. Finally snagged my last Dragonar purchase for a while - Bandai SPEC Tamashii Web Exclusive Dragonar 3. He is the ugly duckling of the bunch for certain, but he looks pretty cool in person. REALLY LIKE how the Metal Armors have almost no parts in common. So other than the inner skeleton, there is no mold-milking going on. Even the foot / ankle armor they could have easily copied from one to the other is unique. Unlike my Dragonar 2, he does not seem to need clear nail polish on every hinge to tighten him up. But with all the open white areas he seems to be begging for panel lining. Will I actually break down and taint a web exclusive with my own panel lining? Maybe. I have tried to convey before in this thread how awesome the SPEC line is, and good they feel in your hand. So nicely weighted, perfect size. The die-cast skeleton is extremely cool, everything is detailed, painted and very finely executed. There is a web exclusive DRAGOON in this series but I am not going to plunk down $100+ for a fringe mecha right now. Falguen, Dragonars 1, 2 and 3 seem like a nice balance for me, done ( for now )...
  15. Another fuzzy preview pic - the boom claws are in...
  16. A WonderFest Marshy Dog 1/12 custom kit just went for 24,456 yen on YJ. Would have been cool to get if I had a spare 25,000 yen laying around...
  17. And there are not many Yamato Ingrams popping up on Yahoo Japan or eBay these days. They might become very difficult to get...
  18. Wanted to get professional photos taken of this thing for the first reveal but I missed my window for that. Looks like maybe mid-March. Until then here are some of my fuzzy preview pics. More details are being added like boom claws and weathering... better photos to come...
  19. Eggy 99's Cav with STYLE - Gun Straps back in stock! : http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=37937&p=1021903 It all happened on Cavalier Street...
  20. I didn't comment much at the time because it would have been all very negative. Wondered if I would ease up over time and want to see it again, to give it a fresh look and see if my opinions changed. This just in --- not only do I not care to see it, I actually HOPE to never see it again... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Huge R Scott fan too, still baffled at the colossal flub it turned out to be...
  21. Yep - pure sweetness . . . "Deep in the Gosu armor she's wearin’ I'm claw hooked and I can't stop starin’" ( ! )
  22. I had no idea this was a $500 toy! Imagine the surprise of someone who buys this auction not understanding how big a 1/48th Scopedog really is. http://www.ebay.com/itm/181076348666?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
