    I've never had multiples of any collectable, until now. Managed to get a second WAVE Helldiver. Also picked up a Hasegawa 1/48 ground crew set to display with them. Should look pretty cool together. You can swap off the landing jets, parachute pack, night vision goggles and more. WAVE makes a very nice piece. I recommend this to any hardcore Patlabor fan...

    I'm all for some updates to a classic design. But I ran across a movie version Starscream image the other day and felt ill. This kind of robot / mecha design 'modernization' for shock sake is garbage, and irresponsible IMO. Update and tweak, yes -- improve on a classic, yes -- but this warp and distort because you think the current generation is at attention-burnout just sucks ( imo ). The Ingram lego version is no better. Makes me cringe...

    Its like when someone remakes a song. If the original is beloved, and still getting airplay its MUCH harder to top. Few pull it off. This Ingram design is hard to beat...

    The Kummen jungle arc is hard to top, I feel like its time to watch it again. I like most all of it - but do not like when the 'other studio' draws Chirico all weird in the face. Chirico should look like that OUT cover above, not all weaselly. A 1/12 desert Fatty would have been fantastic...

    Saw it - enjoyed it. Went fast. I understand pretty much. WE - the mass of humans are mostly the problem. Expect some culling. The U.N. is the Savior, along with their vaccines... "Mommy - what is marshall law?" Would see a part II ...

    Fixed pose, but you can change some elements around on them, as shown in the photo. They are great desk pieces, not pick up and ever fiddle around with pieces...

    The kit CC does comes with pre-painted figures... The pre-assembled CC which is pretty hard to find, comes with a bonus captain fig...

    Had the rare opportunity to see this movie without seeing 1 preview, or 1 photo -- or reading even one opinion or review ahead of time. The wife and kids thought it fun for Father's Day so we all went. I was blown away. Farrrrr more than I was expecting. 9 out of 10 IMO. The art direction, lighting, editing, pace, casting were all fantastic. Writing was a bit clunky in spots, and I found a few roll-of-the-eyes flaws that could have been avoided - but overall awesome. And I now realize why the re-boot came so quickly after the last re-boot. The crappy last one missed the chance to capitalize on bracing the masses for eventual disclosure. Great looking humanoid savior alien comes to save us from ourselves and other space baddies. "We can work together if we do not over react! And heck - even fall in love and inter-marry eventually. Also added in was the message of 'waiting until 33 to start your ministry,' or uh - butt kicking THIS TIME AROUND. ( caught the WW Z promo before this movie - "Mommy - what is Marshall Law?" (oh honey - its the method our good gov. uses to protect us while they do away with societies unsavory folks - zoiks! ). Hollywood is working overtime to brace the masses right now - IMO - for financial or social meltdown, marshall law and eventual disclosure. Anyway - this movie is highly recommended. The designs of EVERYTHING were outstanding. Love the bug-beetle ships. All the costumes and all the mechanical devices were wonderful to look at. The transparent breather masks and all the imagination that went into this new movie were very cool. This truly is on par with some of the other well done super hero movies of late like the Dark Knight series, Thor etc. Iron man still supreme though. I even LIKED Kevin Costner in this - that must be a great feat in itself! Recommended - go see this!
