My 3 L-Gaim Robots Spirits figs. They are my first collectables to panel line with Gundam Markers. The Mark II was just so naked I had to add some detail. Here it is unlined and lined...

Take a peak and report in soon. I have a blu ray player at home but I like the regular dvds just fine, and they play on my computer. Did you have the old U.S. Manga versions?

The Official Robot Spirits (Tamashii/Damashii) Thread
DarrinG replied to Cyclone Trooper's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Here are some more pics of the Robot Spirits L-Gaim Mark II: I honestly wish he didn't even 'transform'. The compromises they made in the legs make the whole figure unstable and too floppy. Again - Sculpt and detail great, accessories great. Materials used, quality and feel lacking IMO. I will try to get some pics of my panel lined version for comparison...- 380 replies

The Official Robot Spirits (Tamashii/Damashii) Thread
DarrinG replied to Cyclone Trooper's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Did you ever have one of the Bandai SPEC toys? I like the Robot Spirits because of the some of the mecha they're coming out with, but compared with the SPEC quality and materials it is not nearly as good IMO. Still - if we cannot get more in the SPEC line, I appreciate them doing something. I found the 3 L-Gaim RSs I have so lacking, I actually panel lined them up to give them some life. Something I have never done with any of my other collectables. It helped a lot...- 380 replies

This might be another 'crickets chirping only thread' - but I have 3 L-Gaim Robot Spirits and have just ordered the Billbine. Anyone care?- 380 replies

OK - I will keep my eyes peeled on Mandrake too. eBay has a few but they are a bit steep since I do not know what it contains. Jenius -"perkies" ? http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=6934 Great review - horrific microman figures. I'm surprised with todays technology that Takara could not have paired their great scopedogs with something better...

question on Yahoo Japan Auctions
DarrinG replied to Major Focker's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I recommend RinkYa - have probably won about 60 auctions and everything has gone smoothly.... -
Here are the Crusher Joe Fighters: One of the weapons doors on my blue fighter 1 will not open -- One canopy color purple, the other yellow to match the anime - nice... The stands hold all the extra goodies nicely, well except the big landing gears - those do not stay in very well. But I like the feature. Really like that you can lightly mount one so that it is about.5 inches taller than the other (that you push down and mount securely). That way you can display them closely together and have the wings overlap. That make sense? The Galleon is only about 3 inches long but packs a bunch of cool details. Rubber treads, moving guns, a working front scoop, raising missile launcher... Some official WAVE pics: An auction with only 1 bid - nice price for these so far, recommended: https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-b148753042
