  1. After picking up a Robot Spirits Billbine I looked for a Dunbine thread to post some pics and could not find one. So here can be all things Aura Battler Dunbine if anyone has anything to add (after all these years). I've watched episodes 1-9 and am really enjoying it. I LOVE the horses and medieval world mixed with the Battler Machines, its a great contrast. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aura_Battler_Dunbine For those not familiar with the series --- an earthling (from the future?) is pulled into Byston Well to make sophisticated machines for warring kingdoms. The new Aura Battlers are run best by those from 'upper earth' because they have strong aura energy to make them go. They are partly made from creatures of this world, using living muscle and other pieces. The main character is pulled into this alternate dimension and into the adventure. ANYHOW - Here is a quick take on Bandai's Robot Spirits Billbine. • Its GREAT • Although its my first Billbine toy, I believe I can say its likely the best to date • Having a few L-Gaim RSs - this is better. Joints are tighter, quality better and they even panel lined some parts to bring it alive • The sword SWOOSH effect is fantastic! Really like the trend of including thruster and weapons effects with these collectables • Recommended...
  2. I would be in for both, price be darned - so perhaps I'm not sensible. But The 1/32 GOSU would appeal to all your previous 'Ultimate Legioss' customers, whereas this 1/10 Inbit might be fishing in a new pond for interested parties. So I said all this to say please float the idea of the 1/32 GOSU out there someday to test the reaction...
  3. I hope Cap with float the idea of a 1/32 GOSU kit if he does not get enough interest in the 1/10 Inbit 'Protector" ...
  4. When should I post this graphic? I should probably hold off...
  5. I would be in for a few 1/32 Eagers - and or 1/10 Inbit foot soldier...
  6. My 3 L-Gaim Robots Spirits figs. They are my first collectables to panel line with Gundam Markers. The Mark II was just so naked I had to add some detail. Here it is unlined and lined...
  7. This guy in 1/10 would be interesting...
  8. Take a peak and report in soon. I have a blu ray player at home but I like the regular dvds just fine, and they play on my computer. Did you have the old U.S. Manga versions?
  9. Truth is we are still waiting for a real 'masterpiece' Legioss-Tread combo...
  10. Does anyone have this TV DVD? Is it a vast improvement over the old US Manga releases?
  11. VOLKS 1/24 Griffon went for -only- 38,000 - thought it would be more...
  12. I predict someone will buy it out before it ends...
  13. First Yamato Unit 2 up for auction I've seen in a long while: https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-n123165263
  14. Thx - appreciate it...
  15. Does anyone have decals laid out for this Gnerl? Can I get the jpeg file?
  16. Here are some more pics of the Robot Spirits L-Gaim Mark II: I honestly wish he didn't even 'transform'. The compromises they made in the legs make the whole figure unstable and too floppy. Again - Sculpt and detail great, accessories great. Materials used, quality and feel lacking IMO. I will try to get some pics of my panel lined version for comparison...
  17. Did you ever have one of the Bandai SPEC toys? I like the Robot Spirits because of the some of the mecha they're coming out with, but compared with the SPEC quality and materials it is not nearly as good IMO. Still - if we cannot get more in the SPEC line, I appreciate them doing something. I found the 3 L-Gaim RSs I have so lacking, I actually panel lined them up to give them some life. Something I have never done with any of my other collectables. It helped a lot...
  18. This might be another 'crickets chirping only thread' - but I have 3 L-Gaim Robot Spirits and have just ordered the Billbine. Anyone care?
  19. Here's a rare VOLKS 1/24 Griffon Kit - should be fun to see how high it goes... https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-f127002990
  20. I'm not into Gundam - but I vote this the Best Mecha EVER I want one - let me know what I have to do : O
  21. OK - I will keep my eyes peeled on Mandrake too. eBay has a few but they are a bit steep since I do not know what it contains. Jenius -"perkies" ? http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=6934 Great review - horrific microman figures. I'm surprised with todays technology that Takara could not have paired their great scopedogs with something better...
