    If you've got the figs on the way you'll be a 1/12 guy for sure. Save up and try to get one of these 3 Turbo Custom models - instead of spending money on any of the other 1/12 SDs. Yes they are very expensive, but you'll not be satisfied until you work your way up there eventually anyway - so just save up and get the best. And get a Brutish for your Fyana too if you can swing it . . .

    Was surprised to see on eBay that the Dragonar SPEC Custom D1 was getting a re-release. Was EVEN MORE surprised to see the pre-orders at $56 !! ERROR - they are all down now.     Layzner is great - but give me a chest cockpit any day over a 'way-out-in-the-open' green bubble target on top. Not sure the pilot would ever last past 1 battle. I picked up a 1/48th MG kit and WF Upgrade Parts for distant future assembly. Hope I can do half as well as the build shown here:

    Still looking for these 2 VERY OLD kits. They only came up once in about 4 or 5 years on Yahoo. Does anyone know of a vintage resin kit shop in Japan I could e-mail these pics to? AND - if you're Japanese, can you please type the names of the kits in Japanese so I have them to search under?

    I had ordered the Tamashii Exclusive Dunbine 'Wing Calibur' FOW, but the eBay seller sent me the wrong thing - which I got to keep + a full refund (so all was forgiven). But I have not had the funds to get it yet. But after seeing these pics I certainly will. I'm impressed with all the details they managed. The pilots need painted for sure - but they included the floor hatch in the cockpit to get to the mini one-man glider just like in the show . . . Extra passenger seat folds up and out of the way . . . Cockpit details . . . Looks like the pilot figure had a hard time fitting in the Dunbine so they included an alternate chest cover to accommodate him . . . The integration with Dunbine seems well thought out and nicely done . . . Comes with a sweet diorama base to display everything too. Will be placing my order asap . . .

    WAVE is already doing the 1/100 kits. I wish Arcadia would have started out with a VF-1A CF - Special Battle Damaged Edition, instead of the ugly anniversary valk. Imagine a weathered, all shot up Fodder? It would include BOTH DYRL and TV super parts and heads. What a cool way to kick off their new ownership . . .
