  1. i just hate that the stand attachment for battroid prevents from having the wings fully folded/closed... otherwise, nice pose, it's just so painfully obvious that that fixed pose left hand is HUGE!
  2. while i agree 100% about the gullet argument, however, w/ a little strategic posing the 19 can still look great in fighter IMO...
  3. is it possible to take back all the money that i had spent on these creatures called "women"?????? thank the internet gods for torrents (plus a little patience) i have saved a lot not going to the movie theaters in ages and had my cable cut off a long time ago!
  4. i basically sold one of my watches, w/c i bought when i was still single, to fund these macross toy purchases... what i got for it should be my budget and no more... ha!
  5. you might want to keep an eye on those shoulder hinges on your VF-1S Roy http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=26947
  6. wow, b-day goodies! in SDF or DYRL terms, that RVF-25 is like the "Kakizaki Valk" for Frontier... guess that's why it's green and piloted by a p$$y ... at least it has a randome to add to the coolness factor of the valk...
  7. not sure if this has been posted already... from Banpresto... GIGA DRIIIIIILLLLLLLLLL BREAKEEEEEEEEEEEEER FTW!
  8. awesome shots there, pre... love this one...
  9. just foolin' around w/ some old stuff... can't wait for my vaca to get my new valks...
  10. wow! that RC SV-51 by IAD is all kinds of awesome!
  11. this actually is the only same mold repaint of the 19 i'm willing to buy... w/ tighter joints and a tighter overall fit of course...
  12. it makes sense... they want us to spend our money on these releases first coz they already know the M&Ms are a sure thing... they're EVIL i tell 'ya!
  13. i concur... mold-milking is ... playing on our addictions... it's downright EVIL!!!!
  14. pretty sure it's the one on the Yamato website... they just forgot to tell hobbystock to photoshop the pics before they posted them...
  15. this is what i want to know! the more i look at this DYRL Roy Focker Skull-1 LV VF-1S whatever, the more i think that the color is actually nearer the lighter gray of the 1/48 Stealth than the color of the 1/48 LV1... would be cool if they packaged this w/ matching FPs and a diff colored gunpod...
  16. looks like the neck piece where the head attaches is the same brown color as the feet and intake covers.
  17. anyone see if these have been photoshoped?
  18. yep... but also easier to inadvertently make them fall off... the 1/60's are nice and tight, putting them on is not a prob., but i take it real easy when taking them off. tilt forward when removing... i do understand your fear, coz when putting on the missiles on the wings' hardpoints you do hear a very audible "snap"... but what really gets me worried and looking for some cracked or broken plastic is whenever i fit the leg FPs.
  19. ...i'm surprised they're doing all this before the M&M v.2 VF-1Js...
  20. some pics from the shizuoka hobby show.
  21. damn, almost missed this coz i don't really check this thread too often... looks like TV Roy, but if it says DYRL then wth is it? EDIT - got that... lowvis... the kites yes, but how can it be lowvis w/ all that yellow???
  22. can't find the Roy Focker v.2 thread... from the SCOOPDA thread http://blog.hobbystock.jp/report/2009/05/rep0286.html I WANT THIS BAD! EDIT - turns out this could be a DYRL lowvis... just check the SCOOPDA thread...
  23. any rumors if these 19 repaints will have a limited production run just like the VF-22 (waiting for confirmation)? coz i highly doubt there'll be 1000 guys out there who'll buy both these repaints...
  24. that looks awesome! no gullet too
  25. Flexydisplay stands. linky
