  1. you forgot the 11C Protect Armor w/c is a solid #2 or #3 on your list. what bugs me about the TH armor is the low-riding chest piece... and i don't know what it is, but the 1/60 TH looks less appealing to me than the 1/48 version.
  2. is that SP ver. the only one out... or has the reg. ver. been released too?
  3. out of several transactions w/ them, i canceled once... they just told me not to make it a habit. i don't think they'll blacklist someone who buys regularly from them even if they cancel an order or two.
  4. don't forget the mind-blowing improvement in the number of exclusives they churn out.
  5. awesome! PM'd you >EXO<. good thing my previous order got delayed...
  6. i'll take the other one! j/k any release date? gotta start saving up!
  7. guess i'll just wait awhile and watch it for free... not sure if this has been posted... but this might cheer you up - New Avatar The Last Airbender Spinoff series
  8. nice! picture/painting framed display cab FTW!
  9. so... how does one get those T-rex add-ons, esp. the 2-seater for the VF-1D, and how much?
  10. it's still actually the same price... if you check the Yamato site it's 19,740Y w/ tax and 18,800Y w/out tax.
  11. yeah, hope the prices go down for the M&Ms... then i might really be tempted... bought the Gamlin for a friend for only HK$860 a couple months ago... i felt kinda jealous, lol.
  12. bump from the dead. finally got my hands on these... haven't opened them all yet though...
  13. man, i hope i can get mine sooner than later... i was planning to keep this one in fighter and GERWALK mode only, but that clear(er) green visor might need to be shown off in battroid mode...
  14. i know i'm late to the party but this 1/60 GBP Armor is one awesome piece of engineering... i hope they make other schemes for the GBP. i'll buy 'em all!
  15. finally!... after waiting for soooooo long! (coz Yamato f'd up the first release, hehe) EDIT - just transformed the 1J to battroid. man, i missed the 1/60 1J Hikaru after selling mine last Dec. so i could get this set. My other VF-1S w/ the 1J's TV Super Parts also missed having TV Hikaru as its pilot. absolutely perfect! only thing i had to do was loosen the shoulder screws... and i have to say that this new crotch thing really seems to show less of the priest collar, same as on my M&M 1Js (at least for me). (forgive the crappy stock flash photog.)
  16. @Chronocidal - thanks for posting those pics. i honestly didn't know it worked that way since my 0A and 0S have been in fighter and battroid, respectively, ever since i got them. i also finally took them out of the cab to transform and clean them (not dusty but there's some sporadic yellow dirt, w/c i thought was discoloration... good thing it can be easily cleaned off w/ a damp cloth).
  17. cool... bet i know where you're headed the minute you can step out of your office ... i'll check back later for your pics. btw, when's the release date again for the re-issue TV 1As?
  18. are those yours? i get that these are super exclusive stuff, but how does one get a hold of these and how much?
  19. +1000000000000000000000 time to bust out the old photo, hehe...
  20. i think he meant "favorite transforming VF-1 toy..." in all fairness, battroid mode does look good from looking at bbf1 and ff95gj's pics. and if it's really similar to posing/handling a Robot Damashii fig., that's a pretty good. just too small for me when it comes to a transformable toy and i'm more into fighter mode and just transforming and staring at my valks right now... but congrats to those who got this. i hope they make a VF-4 so i can finally get my hands on a VF Hi-metal fig.
  21. it's real easy once you get the hang of it. I've removed the whole leg assembly a lot of times for my 1/60 VF-1s, 1/48 VF-1J, VF-0S and even my YF-19 when i want to make the hip joint tighter (since it's a friction joint, the more you pose the legs, it'll eventually become loose esp. when the paint on the ball joint starts to chip off). once you remove the leg assembly from the two-piece block that covers the hip ball joint, it's pretty much a straightforward procedure. the two-piece block is just held by a single screw and not glued together.
  22. man, this thread has been pretty active lately... i still wait for the day to come when people are gonna post here just one word - "nothing"... ... i'd also like to get a second 1D in the future, but i think i'll wait for a re-issue w/ the new crotch just like the 1J and upcoming 1A re-issues.
  23. can't put my finger on it, but GERWALK mode looks off... any comparison pics w/ the VF-1 Revoltechs... or a pic of it on the palm of your hand?
  24. i think your 1J has 2 right arms.
  25. well, i remember some local modeler mentioning way back that there's a way to apply certain stickers (like the ones Yamato provides) and then peel them of and have the marking/logo part remain on the model/toy. though i'm not sure if this is true. but yeah, Yamato should really start providing decal sheets for their valks.
