I *think* the missiles are just too big to fit the internal bays unless they have folding fins. The macross TIAS book suggest the VF-19 can carry wing mounted weapons though.

I though even the VF-11B can carry this as seen in VFX-2 but is it canon ?

Dave Sorry for hijacking this thread but is there any news on the QF/A-18A Hornet drone conversions ? I heard the Hornet is more likely for the aerial target role than the QF-16A due to its better undercarriage for repeated landings. Same thing with the Delta Dart drones which were instead dump into the sea.

Dave Why is the Hornet kit molded in blue ? Or is it really a Blue Angels kit ?

I hope NAMCO will add Amraams(XMAAM) to the F-14 this time and place the Sidewinders on proper pylons. Graham Actually Harriers and Freestyles were present in AC2 and AC4 albeit as non-flyables. Maybe Namco hasn't figured out how to implement the VSTOL thing for these planes.

I doubt conventional dumb bombs are used that much these days especially within the US air arms. You would more like see JDAMS and LGB type kits attached to the bombs. Collateral damage is just bad press.

Joseph Your drawing and coloring skills are amazing...makes them look like the production cells. What software r u using ? and when you create the shades do you add a darker color or you use grey then multiply the layer ?

I don't think the Shar ever mounted any weapons above the wings. I know the Sepecat Jaguar can carry sidewinder type weapons and the ol'Lightning can carry drop tanks and even rocket pods though.

In a way i think the SV-51 resembles that weird Yukikaze jet that WMCheng did in the buildup.

I wonder will they ever show the SV-51's undercarriage now that Hasegawa came up with the model. Why did they include weapons for this kit and not with the VF-0S ?
