  1. Try to be a plane to please everyone and you pretty much end up pleasing no one.
  2. no...please don't feel too bad about it. If you take a close look at my VF-19 you can also see several defects. You should see my first attempt at these things, they look really awful
  3. With approx pit detail but a bit lame.
  4. ..This is 502 with the Blue and Orange trim.
  5. There is actually another variation of this scheme but later.
  6. Another
  7. Another shot of 501
  8. I already mention this in the Toy section thread but as it seems fit here i shall post some more. The VF-0B kit seems to follow the XF-2 color scheme of the JDA's Gifu based Air Proving Wing(Air Testing and Development Wing). Does this mean the JASDF operates the VF-0 ?
  9. Looking at the words printed on the Vf-0B legs it says ¨Space Proving Wing¨ , so i´m guessing the 0B is equipped with thermonuclear engines , and the serial number is 001 , Either way I REALLY hope this valk appears by Ep.5 Kinda reminds me of the F-14 Actually the VF-0B color scheme is reminiscent to the Mitsubishi F-2 Falcon-Zero prototype deployed by the JASDF Air Proving Wing(or Air Development and Testing Wing) at Gifu AB. Of course most F-2 have the blue scheme by now. Too bad the Blue Impulse wouldn't be getting them jets soon.
  10. The VF-0B in that pic didn't even have holes on its airbrake. Wait...i am getting spoiled with all the great work that is Master Cheng. The VF-0B should be slightly longer than the VF-0S released so far. The VF-0D should be the largest.
  11. Look at Hayao's height 207cm for a Japanese is pretty uncommon....the height average for the comtemplary japanese man is 175~185cm. I guess they just wanna make the characters look big inside the cockpits.
  12. WM Cheng Have you applied the decals for the formation lighting AKA slime strips or the kit doesn't have such decals. In the OVA all the VF-0 have these somewhre between a light yellow and banana color. Great work on the kit...hope to see more.
  13. Then how bout the tan colored VF-0s and SV-51s ?
  14. Sure...no problem. Thanks.
  15. I have requested the VF-0S instruction scans from a very notable modeller in this forum, hopefully when and if he gets the time to scan them then we can have it posted here as well.
  16. What scheme are you planning to do ?
  17. wow...i didn't know there were so many Pukin Dog fans around. Steady hands you have there guys. Would love to see more of that VF-1 and the one in Splinter camo.
  18. Definitely a VFX story beginning with a young Gilliam Angreat and Barnrose and later Aegis Focker.
  19. Most Mirages carry a pair of DEFA guns which eject their shells i think. The Mauser BK27 users(Tornado, EF2000 and Gripen) probably collect their shells. All Migs prior to 29 eject their shells.
  20. This is mine i guess Lat-Long: 5° 55' 23" , 116° 5' 15" || 5.9232 , 116.0875 and i got PM too.
  21. That Hase 1/72 F-14A is the one Wmcheng said he purchased IIRC. Can't wait to see him assemble it. The amazing Fuji Jolly Roger is definitely to hot to pass. Might just get one to stock up.
  22. I second that.
  23. Dave Testor has a SR-71 in 1/48 scale but how detailed or accurate is it ? It would surely make for a huge model though. Academy has a 1/72 SR-71A on its list too.
  24. Dave that is one awesome Habu cockpit you got there. Hopefully you do this one with the canopy open.
