  1. I've got 5 of these birds and I'll still buy more if yamato makes a v2. I love both their battroid and gerwalk modes too, though I keep most of them in fighter mode. That being said, I'd rather they visit other designs because the birds are pretty good as it is. Retailers may be cautious in stocking up on these as well due to how the -22s have been performing in the market. Actually the only way I won't get a v2 is if they are glossy. Edit: VF5SS - they have ankle locks don't they? I have one standing in bmode for a year now without support and it's still pretty tight.
  2. I got the impression that it's quite agile in the supersonic flight envelopes.
  3. Nano you've basically nailed what I thought as well.
  4. Anything but schoolchildren please please please....
  5. i'll wait for a second release.
  6. This is why I'm not holding my breath. I probably won't import a lego all the way from japan.
  7. Thanks man definitely will hit there if I visit my buddy in CA.
  8. This might be my first ever VF-1
  9. No problem at all folks, send your thanks to the designers and engineers for their lovely creation. Does anyone have a better resolution picture of this? Much thanks.
  10. Here's a video some of you may find interesting if you haven't the chance to see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlFxStiMw_g&feature=player_embedded If someone could point me to the YF-23 appreciation thread I would be much obliged. If there isn't one, there should be. She's a beaut.
  11. Very keen on these if there's a reissue as well.
  12. WTB low-vis version. Yes? YES?
  13. Oh snap, been too busy lately and missed this boat. Hope there's a second run or more units available later.
  14. My guess is that they'll be pushing out a lot of S variants before the D.
  15. Web exclusive lick and stick markings incoming.
  16. Lol nice one boyarque, I need to get me one of those as well. Love it so much in B mode.
  17. All i can say after the latest photos is...WHERE IS THE D, MY BODY IS READY.
  18. Nice job Mellow. I'm still leveling my Guardian, and it's pretty frustrating tanking flashpoints almost akin to playing the piano. Leveled a Trooper Vanguard and it's a breeeeze, possibly taking 1/3 the amount of keystrokes to do the same thing.
  19. Transforming the hi-metals weren't all that bad. Perhaps they can fit in the landing gears at 1/72. I'm for this too as it will increase mean swooshing time before my arms starts to complain. (I can play with a fighter mode valk for up to 30mins or more by turning it this way and that while admiring the lines.)
  20. Indeed, luckily with TOR's class stories I think most players would have planned to level multiple classes anyway ie the drudge of rerolling isn't such a punishment. It looks like however I will have to stick to the Jedi Guardian as my main as my wife is rolling a Consular and she prefers if we start at the same place. Ironically this may repeat my experience of trying to tank as a paladin in vanilla WoW(Got to tank MC and AQ20 in my deathbone hah!). Still gonna roll up a Trooper as my main alt.
  21. /blindfanboymode NEVER!!! STURMVOGEL 4EVER!! /blindfanboymodeoff You made me sad because: a) There is truth to what you said, and b) Yamato will most likely never revisit the 22, what with all their stock not moving for so long. so... /rocks back and forth in a corner hugging all his 22s and whispering things will be alright..yes.
  22. Well, now that the testing's ended I fervently hope they're patching the Jedi Knight and Sith Warrior classes before live hits, as it is now it takes roughly three times as much button presses( or more when dealing with multiple mobs) just to tank as compared to the Trooper/BH. Seems like my initial decision to play non force classes first is paying off.
