My worry is that the market is flooded with crappy bootlegs(plastic quality,assembly etc) using those molds because they will be degraded just to flood the market with lame proxies which will only taint the franchise.

Yeah I was actually thinking of getting gloves halfway through my first transformation. That said, this bird just blew me away, I think this is my favorite yammie in terms of engineering. Can't believe i actually spent more on the bandai durandal, and I got that off amiami. This here is probably the best value for money valk I have, just wish there is a matte grey version. /salute Yamato

Just received delivery of my -19S from HKC, boy less than a week with econ shipping. Quite a bit more solid than my YF-19, so much easier to swoosh around(not done any transformation yet). On the flip side, the wing edges are pretty sharp, anyone cut themselves on those? I also prefer the wings and nose of the YF-19.

Eh I'm with you on that, except that I do get multiples if I like the design a lot. For example, I love the SDFM original series but can't ever get into the VF-1's design so I only bought one...and it's still in its bubble wrap. Same with the VF-25, I quite enjoyed frontier but don't like the Messiah. On the flip side I think the "movie" that the Gamlin's 22 was in is a huge snorefest(a natgeo Sea Shepard documentary is more exciting) but I bought multiples of the mold, which I think is severely underrated. Same with Mac7 which I still don't get, and yet two thirds of my collection are from that series.

Whatever the hivemind here compels me to buy usually, somehow I NEEDED that VF-4G... Otherwise I just buy valks that's interesting and looks good to me and not being too bothered about having to complete a series.

One can never have too many 22s...never... Oh for goodness sakes they need to stop discounting them, every time i see one that's under $100 i black out and next thing you know I have shipping notifications. And dammit...one of these days i swear i'm going to make a VF-22 combiner with max and miria as legs. ... Eh I happen to be quite content with my YF-19, she's still quite the looker. I even display em in gerwalk mode. I LIKE THE ENERGY IN THIS THREAD. -

Just picked up a 19S as well, can't resist at that price, and what with the this Arcadia business. Wanted the P but seem to have missed the boat while on vacation.

If by contrast you mean that the yf-29 looks like it belongs in a circus in comparison. (I have alto's yf-29 so guilty as well ).
