Just watched it on IMAX 3d and it didn't disappoint at all. A total blast. Highly recommended. Saw it on a Monday afternoon viewing and the huge theatre is almost half full. Can't wait for the sequel and the toys. Edit: Will be watching it again this weekend! Wheee! Does anybody know a good source for the toys? Not counting on them ever coming to Australia at this moment. -

I thought the engines for VF-25 has 2-3x more throughput than the ones in the VF-19. I remember reading that and wondering why is there such a large leap. I actually like the F-22 and F-35, saw the former a few times in airshows and am mighty impressed. Don't think these are actually responsible for killing the tomcat though. While it's true that fighters aren't constantly trying to hit a higher top speed the newer ones are definitely able to stay at higher speeds and accomplish more while in that envelope. Also the reason why there was a race for higher mach back then is the high speed bombers being designed and built during the cold war. If say china were to reveal a mach 4 strategic bomber tomorrow you can bet your ass skunkworks will go into overdrive. Well that and the missile defense teams.

It's bloody scary the first item round but subsequent transformation gets much better. I have one in battroid and one in fighter and sometimes swap their modes for fun. All the explosives aside I still think its the best design out of the frontier series.

Well in that case I'll stick with my v2. I know they'll include options for both plus and frontier version but I'm not very fond of purple canopies.

Don't jam your tools in there lol, may scrap the edges. Here's a way to do it: Lift it up via the rear hole, it should rise up nice and easy.

Yeah little kids would not have gotten quite a few of the references, and I felt that the jokes were stellar. All the adults that I know that watched it loved it to bits.
