Flapping wings on the SV-51?... I though that they were for storing the SV-51 inside the submarine aircraft carrier's launching tubes.

Very nice fanart indeed, but it looks more like a Mitsubishi F2 for me... -

Yes, actually the final episode (episode 51) of Beyblade G Revolution was an 1-hour episode in the Japanese version and thus the Japanese version of Beyblade has listed 51 episodes, the American version splitted this last episode, so the American version of Beyblade has 52 episodes listed. -
Yeah, I have a lot of experience with actual aircraft and armor modelling, And like Big F already wrote, the brake fluid works very well, at least for me, It will remove the paint without attacking the plastic at all, bu be careful, because it may attack the glued joints. Hope this helps.

Somebody noticed that Ranka's eyes color turned from red to purple in this episode?... I mean, early in this episode were red and near the end, just after Ai-kun evolved her eyes turned purple... -
Of course they'll help, but I already have them since a long time ago... I need pics taken from 1/72 Hasegawa kits or 1/48-1/60 toys, but I need pics from the nose landing gear WELL, not the front landing gear leg and twin wheels, I want to know if it has some well detail such as ribbing or wiring. It is a fictional aircraft so I think I can take some "liberties" and I want to make it well detailed. Still waiting and planning how to make the instrument panel. Pics will be posted when I finish that whole area (cockpit interior/pilot's seat/front landing gear well). Best regards. José

More than a month, 143 views and still nothing?... At this rate I'll lose my inspiration... Now I'm struck in this part, I want to scratchbuild the nose gear bay so I can start making the forward fuselage...I'm still waiting. Thanks in advance. Best regards...

Here you have a color equivalence chart: http://usuarios.lycos.es/colores_maquetas/Colores.html (B) means "Gloss", (M) means "Matt", (S) means "Semigloss" or "Satin" and (M) means "Metallic"... Hope this helps.

In fact, the eye's pupils are always black, so they didn't changed it's color... The iris is the coloured part of the eye, if you mean her eye's color changed, well, It seems to be like it... -
It's benn more than a month since the last reply... Well, I was thinking about the name Dragonfly II, but now Iim thinking about another name: Swordfish III... Watch the pictures: Well, I found some simmilar things (like the big gun under the nose)...

I've found pics from the main landing gear wells (I think from the Yamato 1/60 VF-1), so I know how to detail them in 1/48, but I couldn't find any nose wheel bay pic... I already know how to make the doors and the landing gear struts, but I don't know anything about the well itself. As I'm scratchbuilding a 1/48 non-transformable VF-1, I want to make it the most accurate possible, so that's why I need some more info... Anything will help: Tamiya 1/72 pics, Yamato 1/60pics, etc. Anything that shows the wheel bay... Thanks a bunch in advance. Best regards. José

Yes, but according to your schematic view, this ejection seat: http://www.new-un-spacy.com/macrossdyrl/vf...1-dyrl-seat.gif Is a little different, due to the seat's rocket muzzles, it seems to be bigger than the schematic's. I'm working in a 1/48 ejection seat (and then a 1/48 non-transformable VF-1) and I'm having problems with the seat, it makes the cockpit floor to be too low and there is not enough room for the landing gear... Well, I think I'll find a way to solve it...

Well, I am also a Naruto fan, and I follow the anime series (as well as the manga)... Sometimes, due to unknown reasons to me, they skip one week, just like the last one, but they sometimes air two episodes a week as a 1-hour special as well... Maybe it will be the same with Macross F, but not sure, no news about it and probably it won't be the case because it is a "rumoured 25 episodes-series"... BTW... I'm used to weeks without episodes, so no problem for me, I'll just wait... Regards. -
OK... Just curiosity... Thanks for your input. Regards.

Another question about the VF-1: How did the cockpit transforms when the VF-1 turns from fighter/gerwalk mode into battroid mode? Where did all the screens and controls come from? Any scheme or diagram about it?... Thanks in advance.
-
Yeah, I already have the Macross Mecha Manual VF-1A dimensions, but I was thinking about using this plan: I also have the top/bottom view and front/rear as well, but as you can see, the gun pod is absent, so I want to know that dimensions in the Hasegawa kit as a reference... I know, I know... The VF-1A in the plan looks a little different than other VF-1s you may have seen, but I want to make it like it... Well, still waiting for the dimensions... Regards.

I'm scratchbuilding a 1/48 VF-1A in fighter mode, and still waiting for a friend of mine to convert some plans I found in a VF-1 book I have to 1/48... Meanwhile, I want to know some measures taken from a 1/72 VF-1... How long is the GU-11 gun pod in 1/72? I mean the gun pod in fighter mode, attached to the fighter belly (retracted)... Another thing: The diametre of the gun pod... With those two measures I can start with the gun pod and the next thing will be the cockpit interior... I have the ejection seat at 60% (will post pics soon)... Thanks a lot in advance. Regards

Just curiosity... What is your 1/48 target and what do you want to scratchbuild? Maybe if you tell us it will be easier to find an answer... BTW... I don't care about size issues as long as the items are in the same scale, if it looks smaller or bigger so be it, that's how it must be for real... An instance: I'm sculpting an 1/48 Hayao Kakizaki (OMG... I must be bored) and as the guy is 2.07 m tall, it must be 4.3 cm in 1/48... I have some japanese ground crew from Tamiya and they look like little child when compared to the figure I want to sculpt, and when you look at them, you may think those figures are smaller than they should be... Regards.

Understood... Thanks for your input.

How does a DYRL VF-1 transforms?... The SDF Macross version has three buttons for the three modes (labeled "B", "G" and "F"), but I've noticed that the DYRL version doesn't has those bottons, so I want to know where are the controls for mode change... Thanks in advance...
