All joking and trolling aside, I don't think it was possible for Kawamori to create a 30 minute ending to Macross Frontier that everybody would be happy with. There was too much that was unresolved before we got to the last episode, and there was no way he could tie up all the loose ends in just 30 short minutes; perhaps if Macross Frontier was a hour long each episode (man what a dream ) then it would have been possible. Man there was just NO WAY this last episode could live up to the hype so, I believe Kawamori did the best he could with what he had. Am I angry because the love triangle did not get resolved? Heck no, that was the least of my worries; was Ranka going to save the day was my concern! I can't fault Kawamori for the ending of Macross Frontier, he gave enough 'nods' to us old school Mac fans and he's giving us a movie; I won't complain!

That slap was payback for all the Sheryl lovers/Ranka haters....ain't it a b#tch! No, I too felt bad for Grace. She was one of the best looking characters in the entire series, and I was hoping that Ranka could snap Grace out of her evil ways before she got whacked, but it was not to be. She, did die with some grace (no pun intended), when looking down the barrel of the rifle there was a look of recognition on her face; it was as if she thought: "I know I've got this coming!" Really sad but we knew it was coming. At least we got to see her birthday suit in cyberspace before she left us!

I agree 100%, the original Macross was the more mature show out of the three. I believe that Frontier was better than Seven, however it fell way short of the original. Mac 7 was way too long and just "felt" childish, although I believe that's what Kawamori wanted to do. Perhaps, he decided that the original was too "mature" for TV and choose to make a Mac 7 for a younger audience; it must have worked because MAC 7 was popular in Japan. With Macross Frontier, I believe he raised the maturity level by dealing with themes like;people dealing with illiness and people in comas, just to name two. However, I still can't take Macross Frontier any more seriously than Macross Seven. I would rate them like this: 1. Super Dimentional Fortress Macross 2. Macross Frontier 3. Macross Seven

AWESOME EPISODE!! Ranka b*tchslaps Sheryl then cures her, saves the day by turning the Varja against Grace, thus causing them to shield Island-1 when attacked, and makes it back to sing her song on the Macross Quarter! RANKA WINS! I have to go back and watch it again because the action goes by so fast, You NEED a slow button when the mecha pron gets started! Just like alot of people predicted this was too much too fast, however it's not a letdown (except for those"who will end up with Alto" viewers); the resolution between those three will probably be resolved in the Macross F movie!!

...is that after 25 years of Macross, this is the best they could do? Just 25 episodes? Man, that is sad!

Well, I think we know that Leon and Grace( sniff.. sniff..) are probably going to die, although Leon could possibly be arrested; however Grace will die for sure( most likely at the hands of the queen). I have another question(sorry if it's been asked before), but why do the Vajra have spaceships? I mean they are bugs that can fold space so why do they need ships. Not only that, but who built them? Did they build them or have they taken them from somebody else?

You know I'm really starting to wonder just how Leon is going to die (if at all). I mean he's on board the Battle 25 with Sheryl singing so, if the Battle 25 is destroyed (for the sake of bringing Leon to justice) how would Sheryl and all those innocent of Leon's crimes survive? I think that would be so wrong for the writers to kill everybody just to get Leon! Maybe he'll do something stupid like leave the ship after it's been damaged thereby giving someone(maybe Grace) the chance to kill him. I just hope they don't pull a Mospeada ending and kill an entire fleet!! Man, that still make me mad!!

Unless episode 25 is going to be an hour long(and I don't think it will) we're not going to get all the answers. My one major gripe about Macross F, is that it wasted many of the earlier episodes and now tries to cram everything into the few remaining ones. Perhaps the last episode will be mostly exposition( like in Evangelion), however I think it would be a major letdown given the massive battle started in episode 24. It's going to be a major juggling act between explaining everything, tying up the plot points, and concluding with a killer mecha battle in space. Can they do it? Only Kawamori knows.

I Did not see the Clone Wars film, but I saw the trailer for the TV show and it was awesome; now I wish I'd gone to see the film on the big screen!!

It's a Corvette Stingray, and I believe it's supposed to be Hot Rod. I hope that doesn't mean that Prime bites the dust in the new movie.
