I voted for H, but would suggest an alternate design with the block backing of TEST PROGRAM be orange. I really like the orange flair on the I and J.

As much as I'd love to see a PF VF-0D or PF VF-4 FB, I would not be able to afford the premium on top of the already expensive Arcadia base price for these toys. I'll save my money for the inevitable DX VF-1 releases instead.

But it's not in the line art. So Bandai really tried to follow the line art closely in that regard, where as all other kits and toys have the grill.

Too pricey for me. Have to curb my toy collecting to toys I absolutely love and exclude all the “cool” toys. It’s just too expensive. Blaming Marie Kondo for her philosophy of items that “spark joy”. -

As we are talking about pilot figures, I was watching watching Episode 1 again if Bandai release the 1D then it must also come with a Roy figure so you can recreate that 1 scene where Roy is showing Hikaru the 1D. list of included figures • civilian Hikaru seated • red dress Minmei seated • red dress Minmei held by battroid hand • Roy seated Speaking of episode 1; would love to see DX 1/48 Fan Racer and Lancer II. Then if you go down the Fan Racer rabbit hole you have to get 5x VF-1A Angel Birds and recreate the booster climb scene! Haha Might smarter to buy 5x Hasegawa 1/48 VF-1A Fighter kits and customise them to Angel Bird paint scheme.

Tht would assuming that Mandarake care about ATO’s international GST policy. Nippon Yasan is also not adding GST. It’s only the bigger well known stores that have been targeted by ATO. Mine are all correct on my 3, but on one of mine there is a ghost image of the 101 on the inner side! It's a faint tampo 101. Very mysterious!

I’m impressed by this Kyo. It really looks like him. Personally I’m a big Kyo fan. Would love to see NESTS white jacket version too. And Mai! I bet they utilise the soft chest that they featured on Battle Chun Li. I think Storm just need to improve their female faces. I find the Chun Li one not attractive enough.

Definitely waiting for the 1S, but just want TV version, so 1 for Roy and 1 for Hikaru with Super packs. If they never release a TV 1S Hikaru, then I’d resort to making my own with a decal for the canopy and taking a spare Hikaru pilot from my 1J battroid. I feel if they haven’t released TV 1S Hikaru for HMR there is probably zero chance for DX.

It's because the Zero was the prototype, and they hadn't locked down how the marking should be oriented. HAHA!

It's not even draw in the animation, so not sure if there is an official UN SPACY gun pod printing orientation. Master files? I was looking again at my 3rd one at work to check for any more defects besides the wing flap, and discovered more about the arms locking to the fighter chest tabs. It's also related to the shoulders and how they are rotated on the ball joints. If they aren't in the correct position, then the pressure of the shoulder will exert enough force to push the arm of the chest tab. I tested this a few times and it worked after adjusting the shoulder positioning. You need to pull the arm back on the rail so and then move the shoulder on the ball joint so that it wants to points upwards (against the bottom of the fighter). Straighten up the elbow and forearm, and then slide back until the tab lines up with the socket. Now when you press the arm into the tab it will lock in tight.

I'm not sure if it's correct either way. I can't find a definitive answer to what is the official orientation. UN SPACY isn't shown on any of the official artwork. I assumed Hasegawa would be conclusive source, but even they do it different depending on the mode of their model kit. Readable orientation for Battroid and Gerwalk, and also for Fighter mode.

One thing I forgot to mention that I appreciate: The UN SPACY on the gunpod is upside down on both sides so it is the correct orientation when mounted in Fighter mode. It bugged me that Yamarcadia did it different on each side so the UN SPACY was upside down on 1 side in fighter mode. It took away from the secret that this sleek fighter plane is also a bad ass robot solely created to fight 50 foot tall aliens. In fact all the markings on the gunpod are oriented for display in fighter mode.

Also I think everyone here has well and truly given up on seeing a VF-0A CF. LOL! We’d sooner see DX VF-0 from Bandai before Arcadia releases the mythical CF they teased so long ago.

the box my friend received with his and my 3rd DX was a 120 Ami box, and the box I received for my 2nd and 3rd was a 140 Ami box.... because of the additional Monster Hunter World teacup I combined with the order. That teacup cost me an additional ~¥1500 EMS over what my friend was charged for just 2 DX shipped DHL! The additional shipping was more than the teacup!

More like Gerwalk has 3 forms in it's self. 1) Full Gerwalk with arms 2) Half Gerwalk with no arms 3) Plane with legs for VTOL If it's TV Series transformation does the pilot just slide the big G switch a part of way to fully engaged position? LOL

The one thing I dislike about the 1/72 is the mold just looks unrefined and very mid level toy like. It could be down to the scale, but it's only a little bit smaller than a 1/60 and the 1/60s are very refined. 1/72 is more like a toy than looking like a high end collectable. Maybe in line with HMR line.

I discovered the trick to getting the arms to lock in very tightly (at least on the 2 I checked last night). You cannot have the arm sliders pushed all the way up as the tabs no longer match up to the arm holes. Once you find the sweet spot for the sliders and the arm is seated correctly the body tabs into the arms tight. Shaking will not dislodge the arms. I’m highly confident the addition of the hollow FAST pack arm armor will not cause the arms to detach. I couldn’t pick a favourite mode after handling it in person now. I love how all 3 modes are represented in fantastic elegance. I’m glad I chose to get 3 of this iconic valk. BTW, who else has this awful mold mark on their gun strap? It’s on all 3 of mine.
