V.2 19 But, first M&M VF-1J's re-issue please.
-
IMO V.2 toys have very good quality (specially after all revision Yamato did, crotch, shoulder joints, etc.). I don't know what could be improved in terms of quality in this toys. Even paint job is better than the 1/48's.
-
For how much a displayed and never transformed Yamato VF-4G could be sold? Planing to get at less what I paid for a M&M 1/48 set.
-
I want a 1/48 Elintseeker. The mother of all the detail. The only problem I see with the 1/48 is that some time it feels like a cheap constructed toy compared to the new V.2. I mean I just opened a set of M&M 1/48 and then handled some V.2. to makes some space and you can feel the difference.

Are those verniers decals or you did actually painted them?
-
Wasn't Yamato working on one of this as a option parts kit? And I just want my damn super M&M VF-1J.

Hello Kitty pink VF-1A (v.1.). The picture was in valkyrie factory a long time ago.

Holy mother of God! That's just insane. and Want a VF-4G? http://www.ebay.com/itm/VF-4G-Lightning-III-1-60-Perfect-Transformation-limited-OnlineShop-Yamato-/230958469111?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item35c6328ff7

At the time it was released, I paid more (thanks the strong Yen at the begining of 2012) for the VF-17S than for the VF-4G. It think it was almost $400 USD.

What paints did you used (brand)? I have 2 sets of unpainted kits awaiting at my HLJ private warehouse to make customs M&M color schemes.
-
Great! Placing and order for 2 right away. Edit*: What color should I order for them. I see 3 options. Kinda noob with this.
-
Sadly you won't find anything good for your price tag. And now that Yamato is gone it is going to be worse. But maybe if you like build model kits, you can just wait for the Bandai 1/72 variable valk thats coming.
-
Luckily I'm a lone Macross collector (yet). Girls just dont get how can I spend to much money on this things.
-
Isn't it supposed to be a 2 seater?

oh! yea. Waiting for this for years!

Exactly the same happened to mine. Its been in fighter mode for years and I'm afraid to even look a it. Maybe a Shapeways Guru can make some replacements.

Bandai 1/72 fully transform able VF-1 plastic kit for Macross 30th Ann
Froy replied to Vi-RS's topic in Model kits
Why bandai is not using the tranformation mechanism for the arms that they used for the high metal? It is more anime accuarete. IMO -
Besides a change of scale, little or nothing at all (IMO) can be done to improve the actual design.
-
Holy crap! That thing is awesome.
-
I guess something like that for some time. VF toy lines y pretty much dead. I can't see what else any company could be doing afther VF-4, VF-1 v.2 and all the nex stuff far from change scales (bigger toys), new paint schemes or several re-isusses. Bandai licence on F toys seems also pretty dead. (and maybe that's a sign of the low stocks reported of recent releases) Maybe when some new series comes out will be seeing some more new Macross toys.
