Last batch of the year. Finally got me a VF-X from Yamato. This was my dreamed Valk from the Yamato era. Plus 3 more Hi Metal Brownies. 2 sealed from Jungle and 1 opened from Mandarake. Count up to 18. Happy season to everybody!!!

They don't use a closed helmet all the time when they are in space. Hikaru closes his helmet just before battle in ep 27 And in ep 24 Max and the other dude are walking in the hangar without helmet. Hikaru maybe for an unknown reason was wearing his helmet closed while rushing to board the VF-1J

I keep checking regularly for some Iotas. Check manually, run a search for "mospeada" or "tread. And don't relay on the alerts. For me in Mexico (center) start looking early in the morning around 7 am and at night past 8 pm has given me the best results. So far I could have striked like 2 Treads already but I only wanted one. Lol.

Wasn't it supposed to be a Japanese release only? BBTS release date is for this month. Can't remember if it was pushed from October or September.

Seems the factory mixed the parts. Looks like they are both the same right side (correct) piece but the incorrect is instaled upside down. Weird part is that how the pieces even made it to tampo printing stage on the line process. Much like the case of the 2 of the same side ankles of the Arcadia Ivanov SV-51

Those are going as low as 6k yen at mandarake. Even now there is a 19P sitting there for a couple of weeks at 15k yen

It is like Bandai is not trying to make money. SDFM and DYRL lines seems pretty much dead now. The Roy GBP was teased long ago but for something really new Bandai seems to be uninterested on that saga.

At less not animated, Basara was super against using weapons. There is a episode where he gets super up set when Ray tells him to play certain chord that Basara didn't know and it was a command to fire the micro missles that are concealed on the lower legs.

I'd really like to Bandai find a new way to connect the fighter mode to the stand. That adapter, like the VF-1s, obscure the gunpod a lot. Maybe something like the Arcadia VF-0.

There was a novel telling a history about Palpatine having a some clones around the galaxy and how siths "survived" by passing their essence into other living beings or even objects. Sadly Disney ditched all of that. At less they could have a explanation on the Palpatines return on the ROS and the history wouldn't have ended being a huge meme.

Having a bit of fun. Took me like 3 weeks to take and edit the photos. Lol. A bit of cuting, framing and a bit of shop. But mostly untouched. The copy that I got displayed in armo-diver mode have super loose ankles I will transform it to Armo-solier and going to keep it like that forever. The second Leegios I probably will never transform it.

At this point a VF-22 would have been a better choise for Bandai. A different head and modified belly plates would have been easier. That gunpod mounting is totally wrong, you just can't remove it and no problem but that shows how halfa$$ed Bandai went with the 17.

Wasn't the VF-19 kai like a super popular valkyrire? Still availabe on many stores. I don't see the 17 selling out. Not with that treatment.

Besides being the second worst case of anime magic (YF-21 being thecl first) bandai didn't even cared to modify the truster at the feet to match the VF-17, making it a complete reuse of the 171 legs. Even the yellow markins are too small. With shose skinny legs I doubt there is enoguh room to pull out the legs storage gimmick.

They better don't go out of bussines before they reissue a VT-1. I can bet it is a big hole in many collections now days.
