well i think starwars did a pretty good job at beliveable older space crafts etc. Even when comparing the line art, the VF-0 has that agressive style (much like the YF-19) that looks way more modern that the VF-1. The VF-1 with its simple plain features (just look at the feet) looks way older in my opion. And also there defense mecha, those thingies are wayu faster/bender that a phallix etc will eva be.

OK i hope these questions havent been answered beofre, but when its volume 4 comming out and how many volumes are planned in total? And is it just me or does the VF-0 looks like a newer design to me

Funny Yamato does the same thing... repaint... after repaint at least yamato hasn't realsesed that 3 laser headed freak of nature thing, oh, and their products dont suck

Anyways, with the current situation, it means toynami is making bootlegs And i dont thing macross fans should appreciate these new offerings, the just trying to put out as many repaints as humanly possible of the same figures. And if HG is testing the waters with these figures, if they cant release them, they havent lost anything.

Hi, ok i bought some of these laquers from rainbow ten (Mr Hobby kind). I also bought a small bottle of mr thinner to thin them for air brushing. The troubles i having is trying to clean my airbrush. I can't afford to spray endless cups of mr thinner trying to clean my airbrush, is there any practical atlernative? I find normal turps/thinners has a weird reaction with the laquers that make it into this sorta foamy sludge. And also how does one go about cleaning ones airbrush? My attempts arent working to well, and take forever to change colours. And also getting the paint into the cup, is there a beteer way then using a tooth pick to drop it in (takes foreva). Thanks for any help

I don't think this is a show off ur collection time, its how many yamatos do you own. I think if you get more only list the additons, not relist your whole collection. I have: 1x 1/60 1x 1/72 2x 1/48

Well i preordered my prime from HLJ end of nov/begging of december and it still hasnt come, in despare after reading so many reviews i figured i gonna need 2 of these boi's, so i bought one off ebay, and 4 days later from japan to south africa it came (omw!!!) I noticed and what i havent seen on these forums/reviews, that theres a button on the back of primes head, and if you press it it moves his mouth plate, you can make optimus ramble on about cardboard trailers etc = pretty kewl And also i read something about falling from hieghts and suspension, but u can actually press his feet verticall up (they on springs) also = kool. Heres a pic of my brandly new prime along wif his 2 mates, and an escaflowne pic that i havent seen any1 position like this (in dragon mode with the tail up). I'll post a pic later of escaflowne in robot (??) mode with the dragon wings, then you dont have to do a parts swap a roonie. Post you best transforming pics here aswell, lets admire the kewl poses, and btw you can get the slight A stance on primes box, by carefully opening the legs before the rachet takes.

OK, i know this isnt orginal, but surely packing the 1/48s in battorid mode would make the box like half its size? It wont look as good when kept MIB, but toys are made to be opened ^^. And im sure yamato assembles the valks in battoird mode anyways. Could also pack the missles behind/next to the valk.

Hi, been trying to find out the size of these thingies as i am interesting in getting one, but i am having no luck with ebay/hlj/toyboxDX (i thought they would have a review on it but nothing). So how tall are these suckers, and do you recommend or not recommend getting one if you are a fan of the EVA's, and what are they like compared to the kaiyodo figures? Thank you ^^

Prime is $90, and a VF-1 /148 is $130, i don't get that when prime is 200% more toy ^^

thxns for the link, well i must say, the std of their normal transformers is definately improving, i was quite impressed. I remember the transformers i got when i was a kid (way after G1 times) and they sucked quite badly, it was quite a feat if u found a transformer that had separate legs in robot mode. Any1 know if takara is bringing out a battle damaged masterpiece prime?
