The last fake one of these I got was easy as hell to spot because whomever drafted it had spelled the header Suport@ebay.com. Additionally, some of the text following was in Engrish, made it pretty easy.

What does the R2 Blade Runner feature? The R1 Blade Runner is Ridley Scott's crap director's cut with Deckard's commentary deleted, and with extra scenes folded in to make the viewer believe that Deckard was a replicant, because that is what Ridley Scott thought despite the fact that Philip K. Dick himself has said that he never intended for Deckard to be a replicant. . Aside from that, the issue of Deckard's narration...there are some of us that LIKED that part. IMHO, it gave the movie an old world detective novel feeling that matched very well with the retro futuristic setting, and especially Deckard's character. I think that the R2 version has the commentary and is minus the scenes, but I'm not sure.

Hey Mech are you speaking of the region 2 TV version of Dune?? the Four Hour David Lynch version? Cause I have it... it kinda sucks no extras except a Cool Full Color insert no Subs and no 5.1 Yeah, I think that's the one. The US DVD release sucks ass, but whenever they show Dune on Sci-Fi etc it's the longer version. I primarily like it because at least with the extra scenes, you get closer to the book. The newer mini series was butt-horrible IMHO, so the movie will have to do for me.

SWEET!!! And all this time I thought I would have to get the R2, and a region free PAL/NTSC convertible DVD player to watch this. Now all they have to do is the same thing with the R2 releases of Blade Runner and Dune, and I'll be a happy mofo.

That's crap. To put things in their proper perspecitve. If you sold Lemonade and the kid on the next block sold limeade, you would not want that kid to be in business as he is the competition. Understandable. .....If you were ethical, you would take steps to ensure that your products and prices brought your customer base to you. .....If you were HG, you would pursue every legal avenue to cover up the fact that the other kid's limeade was just hands down tastier and a better value than your lemonade. You don't see McDonalds suing Burger King because they both sell hamburgers do you?

I wish they would just give us the dry transfers, they are SO much easier to use and SO much better quality than the stickers that they give you with the MG, and especially the PG kits .

I haven't broken a string since I was first learning to play. Which incidentally, was back in 87 when I was pounding the hell out of my old Kramer Striker. 17 years and about 30 guitars later, still no broken strings. Man, when I think about the guitars that I have had and sold over time...

Sacrifice a cheapie to quell their curiosity. I gave my daughter a bootleg VF-19 valk when she started to show interest in my stuff. I still see it occasionally, it is missing the head, and one of the tailfins, and it is in some configuration I have never seen before, but hey, she keeps away from my stuff.
