    When they were filming Otoko-tachi No Yamato, I went to Onomichi and stood on the deck of the 1/1 scale film set, and though they only built about 1/3 of the ship, what I stood on was absolutely breathtaking.

    I saw it on the news when I was over there last week, apparently the photo was in someone's personal collection. It'd be cool to somehow work in Yamato's sister ship into 2199, but I'm guessing it's not likely. Here's a newspaper clipping for more info on the new pic:

    Space Battleship Yamato live action was done semi-right. The ship design, wardrobe were changed just enough not to fukk with your childhood, though the rest was sort of meh. Frankly, if this thing ever gets off the ground, I hope Michael Bay directs it. It will be so far from the original, I just won't care.

    Uh... That has be scratching my head as I never imagined you are a person that could be moved by that, lol! It is definitely hard to put two and two together though, especially after watching the rapport between the two from Clone Wars. I just can’t visualize the person behind Vader’s mask once had a Padawan he nicknamed “Snips”, and I also can’t imagine Vader was once someone who tolerated a padawan calling him “Skyguy”. Don’t get me wrong, I actually quite enjoyed Clone Wars, but I just can’t make that mental connection that Anikin from Clone Wars becomes Vader that I knew from original holy trilogy. But yeah, if they do face off, it will be brutal. I think it's inevitable, but how they plan to handle it is beyond me.....

    It just doesn’t seem like an effective system if you want to attract new members, lol! “My master might kill me one day, and if I ever make it, my apprentice might kill me one day…” Where the hell is the incentive? And with all the in-fighting, how the hell were the Jedi not able to wipe them out while they were fighting amongst themselves??? Bah, nevermind. I’m just going to turn off my brain and enjoy it, haha!

    Which has me still scratching my head about the whole rule of two thing. So, the Sith work in pairs throughout the universe, or is it just one master, one apprentice only? Say I want to be a Sith, but right now it’s Vader under Palpatine….I have to wait till one of them bites it before I can be a Sith as well? Or do I have to find another Master?

    Well, they did mention at one of the interviews that they had to be careful not to undermine Vader's reputation when he encountered any of the main characters of Rebels, that Vader can't lose. In the trailer it looks like they face off, but I'm guessing they run away in the end...either that or they have to die. I think Duke Togo had the best line in response to anything about the prequels.....they don't exist in this dojo.

    I've been watching the Star Wars Celebration vids and there's an awesome one of Ian McDiarmid reading a scene from Shakespeare Return of the Jedi....it sent chills up my spine. Wasn't sure if it was this celebration or the last one where Ian joked that Annikin redeemed himself just in time for episode VII
