Supposedly, storm trooper armour is supposed to absorb laser blasts and dissapate the charge so the wearer will get knocked down but not fatally wounded? I read that somewhere......can't find the source though. Doesn't explain getting stoned to death my militant teddy bears though. -

I had a Tavor for a short while. I couldn't get any decent groups out of it, even with good ammo. With my ARs, and even my ACR it's almost never a problem, even with regular factory ammo. I guess bullpups work for some people, but they're just not my cup of tea.- 751 replies

Well, he didn't say no. Entertaining interview, Tom may be insane, but he's got talent so if they made it, it will probably be good.

I'll have to post a few more pics soon. I just picked up a 1/48 Max and I dug out a neat little accessory for my Hikaru. Hopefully the weather improves, it's been pretty pissy for the last few weeks.

Haha, sure you're not getting me confused with someone else? I haven't completed any Macross models for maybe 25 years or so, and I may have completed a car model 7-10 years ago? I completed a small Mecha Collection Yamato from 2199 for my little boy a few weeks ago (which he promptly destroyed.....only a year and 11 months old).

That last photo was the best, but yeah, very unhappy ending to that scene. -

Who did they bury? Yeah, +1 on the Johnny Cash song, that really sold me as well. -

I watched Rebels...only once through and he wasn't all that memorable in it. I understand it's a children's show, but I'd like to see Vader get a little more.....violent. I should go back and watch Rebels again to get my fix until Rogue 1 comes out. -
I'm not even a fan of Mac F but that looks amazing.

So far, no talking lines from Vader. He really needs to redeem himself after.... -
I was going to say exactly the same thing, but didn't think anyone would get it. That would be awesome. Macross the First and those Pachinko animated shorts were heading towards the right direction, I just hope that there is enough interest in the old stuff to do something like Yamato 2199. I still have to find some time to watch Mac D beyond the first 10 minutes,

Why ddi Kurt get out of it? I imagine it was just a lot of work for little returns? He did some really nice work, shame he isn't doing it anymore or someone else pick up where he left off.

I'm guessing the Hasegawas? I have a pile of those at home, unbuilt, lol! They are super detailed, but a pain in the dick to build for someone like me who's lacking in the skills. The Hasegawa 1/48 line is also super detailed, and apparently easier to build (I heard?). Those were going to be my back-up plan in case I didn't find what I was looking for in the Yammies.

Well, i did a photo dump in the other two threads: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=43665&page=3 http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=40397&page=22 May as well do this one as well in case anyone wants to see a Low Vis under an overcast sky: -
It would be nice if Macross The First went somewhere.

There are a few on e-bay for $200 now, VF-1J Hikaru is one I've been thinking about, but I really want a Roy and maybe another Cannon Fodder. I just bought a Cannon Fodder off Yahoo Japan for about 14,800 yen, BNIB. There's also a Kakizaki Strike for $235 or something like that, but panel lined, stickered and it appears that there is a little yellowing.
