  1. Great work man! Would love to see more Macross stuff in applications like that! Please post pics when it's legal for you to do so!
  2. Haha, no kidding. I would love to see Basara in this film as well, there's always need for a human sacrifice
  3. He's on his high-horse from his success with Transformers so he's confident that he can do whatever he wants with TMNT and get away with it. It will probably make money, therefore it will be considered a success. The day he's allowed near Macross is the day the world ends.
  4. I just hope they keep the exibit somewhere like they did with the 1:1 Gundam, instead of scrapping it. I'm not going to Japan until July so I hope it's still around by then. I wonder what they did with the Space Battleship Yamato promo prop they built for the live action movie?
  5. Awesome! Been waiting for another build thread!
  6. Holy cow, a 1:1 scale Valk? I hope it's a VF-1.....with strike pack!
  7. Yeah, I don't think these things were designed to compete with established road bikes that are in production. These are a rich person's novelty toy, nothing more. I seriously doubt anyone who shells out $50,000 is thinking they're gonna get much performance out of these. Still, if I had wads of money, I'd get one. I'd also commission a life size Valk to put in my backyard.....like the Gundam in Odaiba.
  8. That was an awesome and informative write up. Does Yamato have any forums like Macrossworld?
  9. Man, I'm not really into Gundam, but that has got to be one of the the ugliest mechs I have ever seen, haha! The moustache, haha, does it move when the pilot speaks through the loudspeakers? Anyway, back to the bikes...they look pretty cool. Probably super uncomfortable to ride, but hey, at least there's a company that's making these dreams come true. Kaneda's bike has been "in the making" for so long and there still hasn't been a decent replica out there yet. Some have come close, but there are so few out there trying. Maybe this bike will spark an interest in making more tv/movie/anime replicas?
  10. I did a quick search, didn't find anything on this, so apologies if it's been posted before: http://sankei.jp.msn...12240001-n1.htm http://www.youtube.c...im1to-alnw#t=0s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fxhyqiy9IBI&feature=related

    1/48 enemy pod

Awwwww man, super limited?! That sucks. I wish I could buy one of these now, but I won't have money for a while....are you sure you couldn't just mass produce these for say...a year or so? Frak, I'm going to have to sit this one out for now, but incredible work. I hope some members here post some pictures of their builds.....at least I can oogle over them jealously.....
  12. Awesome movie, saw it last night. Having real SEALs in it adds a lot of credibility to the action scenes. Haha, the way a lot of scenes were filmed reminded me of Call of Duty. Couple of tear-jerker moments, I expect recruiting offices to be busy for a while after this film is officially released.
  13. Gonna see this movie next Monday, been looking forward to a decent war flick.....my last favourite was BHD...there were other's in between, but that's the one that stands out the most.
  14. A "quick" build? My long builds look like a pile of @$$, nevermind my quick builds, nice job man.
  15. That's amazing! Now you gotta do one in 1/48 scale...it's the new standard (again) you know.

    1/48 enemy pod

Holy cow man, makes that 1/48 look tiny! So awesome, can't wait to see the final product!!!
  19. Nice, as usual. Do you only do 1/48s or do you do others as well? I guess alot of your clients are from here? Just curious, has anyone asked you do do a 1/24 scale from mslz22 yet?
  20. Holy, nice refreshing change! Can't believe I've almost been here for a decade.
  21. Wow, that's a pretty sweet looking kit.

    1/48 enemy pod

Me three...if you produce these, count me in, and if you make an officer's pod, holy crap.

    1/48 enemy pod

it's pioneers like you that keep the fans interested, especially when there's a lull in new releases from the likes of Yamato. Your 1/48 scale line for baddies will definitely revitalize the 1/48 scale market!
  24. Pmt sent! Looking forward to getting this monster!
