Uhhh, I just got my hands on a Errr, "hot" copy of the PC version (full) and I can say this game is amazing. I will, for certain, run to the store to get a legal version as soon as it's here just because it's that good and you really want to play it in multiplayer mode. Trust me guys, the Hoth battle with the gigantic AT-AT is simply strunning.

I disagree, The plot is not weak at all. It is purposely light and predictable to make it fall in line with the old theatrical school of the 1930's and 40's. If you ever watch movies like Metropolis and it's likes, you will find the same types of interaction between caracters. I actualy like the way they depicted the tibetans with the exageratly slanted eyes, small mustache and pinch, just like you would see them in comics such as the phantom and flash gordon. These little details make the movie look like an authentic old movie as these "features" if they were used in a contemporary movie, would be viewed as racist and many comments interpreted as racist or sexist which were concepts that did not exist in the 20's and 30's. I don't know if what I'm witting here makes sense to you guys ?

Best Sci-Fi movie I've seen in years. This one now ranks in my own personal hall of fame sitting right next to Dune and the Fifth Element. That was an awesome experience, truly.

Just received mine from Vermillion One today and it's number 230. No defect to report here. I actualy like the little sucker a lot. I'd trade this over any Yammie 1/60 any day without any hesitation. I've stickered it all up this evening while my son was having his birthday party. All his friends were all over it saying whoa ! geez !! I wish my dad had these things man.... LOL ! See, that 's a positive way to see this. Me too, I think will like fixing and tweaking this thing to death. I actualy like to disassemble and reassemble my toys so I'm not too terrified at the idea of receiving a "mildly" defective Aplha.

When I say 60-75% it is on the cost price, retailer usualy has a 45-50% marging so that would mean that Toynami makes approximatly 30$ per Alpha. Retailler makes about the same amount, that's the way it works in most consumer's products except computer parts, grocery products and other specialties.

Normal manufacturing margins in most industries are between 60-75%

I guess a quick way to know would be by comparing the pilot of the alpha with the pilot included in the yamato 1/48 assuming yamato got their scale right.
