    It's actually the room's wall and light from a draped window. Kids like blue, just so happens it looks good enough for the background. If you look real good and you can see the bed sheet. edit: I got something planned when the drone comes out. Can't wait!

    Thanks guys! I'm nowhere near being a photographer as I just like to take pics of valks. @Saburo, it's pretty interesting to see the changes. I like looking at the beginning of your Flickr pics to where you're at now. I also like looking from the start of this thread at all the different pics as it's a pretty diverse selection to get inspiration from.

    NIce! As long as the front of the visor doesn't hit the front landing gear bay doors looks good to go! edit: About 28.25mm front to back for the top.

    Yes, I think the reason for the head shaped that way is it's supposed to be more streamlined for the racing. If you can make the top part wider and the part covering the lasers narrower if it's within tolerances.

    See when I don't scroll up, I miss out on all the good stuff. Love those Lightning pics Saburo! The aircraft skin looks metallic with the lighting. Also those pics look great coming from the Google+ MickyG!

    Would putting the camera on a ball joint type work? That way you have 3axis of movement. You just gotta split the socket joint between the halves. One of the disadvantages I guess is that you can't get it centered perfectly and maybe durability issues over time due to wear.

    Wow! Pretty awesome shot with an iphone! I agree that looking at Saburo's pics help me gain interest in taking pics of my valks. It also made me appreciate the efforts to creating those fantastic looking shots.

    Looks good! What is your setup if you don't mind me asking? Also, are these pics downloaded straight to here on MW? I think it compresses your image files so it comes out looking a different than your actual pics.

    I thought the valks in Plus only had Fast packs (with the exception to the VF-11) not supers. I would consider the YF-19 mounted with the VF-11 style boosters as the super version. Just got the Advance in so I can't wait to unbox it.

    Should've brought in one of your valks and tell them "This is the future of flight!" and proceed to swish around the exhibit. Follow it up with a side by side shot. I also see it's got the high speed mode going on.
