  1. 10/19. You should be able to snag one.
  2. They could maybe do it like the VF-171's wings but I'd probably lose or break the pegs. The wings looks just like the preview image in the beginning of this thread and it's already coming so I just gonna wait for the PO.

    Hi-Metal R

That Hi-Metal VF-1J is really bright next to the Hi-Metal R version.
  4. Nice! So jelly of you guys that went!
  5. Dunno about the sword but the Lildrakens and Missile pods will probably be released separately. As for the pics, it's a final product may differ thing. You can look at the website link for more info. Also read the bottom bullets. http://sp.tamashii.jp/item/11581/
  6. Hope everyone is having fun! Don't forget to take a lot of pics for folks like me that can't make it.
  7. Would look great next to the YF-30.

    Hi-Metal R

    Probably Flory's model wash.
  9. Probably hit around the 15500 to 16800yen at the online retailers. In for at least 2.
  10. I think FUD is the one. I used FUD for the VF-4 head and it looks nice.
  11. That would look nice. Or the Shark themed scheme. Forum member Dobber also made a nice custom SV-51 scheme. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?app=gallery&album=296

    Hi-Metal R

Is that the pilot that's included near the head?
  13. For that price it's a steal! LOL Put it next to the 1/6 VF-1S Gerwalk!
  14. Hopefully if that monster's made it won't need those braces in the front and rear.

    Hi-Metal R

The Yamato virgin road is a VF-1D in Max's scheme.

    Hi-Metal R

They want everyone to get the super/strike parts set that will come out because of this. Plus, it'll only have the regular adapter to balance it out. Well played Bandai...
  17. For it's size that price would be fair. You'd have to find a tough casting material as the smaller parts might be a bit delicate. In my opinion though this would be more suited for someone with prior modelling experience.
  18. They didn't as of yet. Only Yamato. If you're curious and want more info on what toys were released you can check out the "Macross Toy Release" thread which is the 2nd post pinned on top of the toys forum. It gives a breakdown by company, size, and date of release.
  19. Sorry to hear that. I'm surprised you didn't get a Yamato one. Do you or did you own a chunky monkey? I manhandle my valks so they look fragile but are durable. As for the gunpod, which part is flimsy? The handgrip itself or the rear? Also, is the articulated hand gripping it all the way closed? When set up correctly mine doesn't move at all. Edit: Sorry, was too slow to type when the above posts popped up.
  20. If you can send measurements or a sample I'm sure he can make one.
  21. It was meant to be a joke. The top leg armor parts is supposed to be the "calf" or rear of the leg armor. Someone mentioned the other super part tip for the booster was missing not realizing that the part was next to the leg armor parts and not a 3rd leg armor. If you ordered one you should be good. Welcome to the forums. If you need to more info/reviews on valks you can check out anymoon.com. There are many more sites out there but I think that site has a lot of comparison pics to help you. You can also look through the newbie thread that's on the top of this forum.
  22. Stuff of legends...right up there with the fabled Hobbysearch preorder. Anywho, anyone preordered via Loopaza? As much as would've rather waited for a discount I got one through them as I was at work during PO time and due to the unpredictable nature of the job, couldn't be positive that I'd be able to log in at that time. We'll see how it pans out I guess.
  23. That was fast. Could only get to the payment page till it said no longer available.
