Did you try to move the booster away from the wings to expose the mounting base before using the tab? It's not gonna let you move the tab since the mounting base with the part the slide tab is for (blue part under highlighted area in Step 1) is recessed within the booster until you pull it out.

You could string fishing wire across and hang them on to free up some space (If it's like a detolf size). Another option is measure the glass shelf and if there is clearance in the back, ask Yeti to make you some glass shelf adapters with the measurements. Gives you in-flight poses without the base taking up space. As for valks on a stand I think how much space you have and how busy you want it to look are the limiting factors.

Yeti stands are great to have as they're super flexible option wise. If you have spare DX bases laying around, you can get the DX kit and use that to save on costs but I think it'll only be good for 1 valk.

Not really. Everyone is probably waiting for the finished build to comment. Plus they are waiting in the shadows for the next build update.

The assembly kit is cheaper by a few thousand yen depending where your looking at for the built version. This is more for the folks who want to customize their armor or like that black color. I guess it's less hassle to have it unassembled to paint then then build then trying to take apart the completed version.

The VF-1S Hikaru, Roy, Lancer and Reactive armor assembly kit had the same statement but was available to purchase online outside of Arcadia's online shop.

I think you answered your own question. Just get the Premium. You could get the same or better results with a regular release than the premium but if you feel you don't have the time and/or skills to do it then the extra $$ spent is worth it to me.

The 2 posts above is for a mint V2 VE-1 Elintseeker. Here are some sold prices for the VE-1 on YJA before proxy fees and shipping. You could use that as a reference and subtract a percentage for the damaged box. 1/60 VE-1 finished auctions Edit: If it's the I that I'd seen I'd say it's a pretty good deal even with the damaged box. I'd grab it ASAP.
