I think this adapter needs to be a bit bigger for this one. What do you think?

Same thing here. Payment got rejected. But I didn't bother calling credit card company to see if I had to authorize payment to Hi-pay. Just went with Paypal 'cuz I'm to impatient to save a couple bucks. Sucks though as the Hi-pay rate was better than the Paypal rate.

Maybe it's supposed to look like a jousting knight where it armored on the defensive side. Didn't read the novels but maybe it's used for the capture the flag portion.

I'm guessing these are gonna mainly be used as non riding (display pieces) by the majority here? I would love to get one for riding but no vents and no flip up shield would make it hard to ride for me as I know it would fog up like crazy and be miserably hot where I live. It was mentioned that you could drill vent holes but would that compromise the safety of the outer shell?

Back when I was a kid I remember looking at the 1/55 elintseekers and super ostrich for $50 and thinking , who would buy those ugly looking things that don't even have weapons.(while looking at my just purchased strike valkyrie).

Whatever color it is come release day I'm getting it (maybe 2). In the meantime, I'll just keep looking at Mr. K's twitter feed for any updates about anything for this Valk. This will get tweaks down the line, just like the VF-1's and YF-19. Some might be good, some might be bad, but it will happen.

I dunno why but for some reason whenever I look at the Armored Messiahs I think of this and the Death Blossom: Can the "Death Blossom" be considered in the realm of Itano Circus? Back on topic. Back when I first started collecting a year ago I found it was almost impossible to find Alto's and Ozma's Super and Armor sets for a not too crazy price. I was lucky to find a kind fellow member here and luck on ebay to find the sets . I say just keep looking and you might get lucky. The only way I see armored parts coming out is for maybe a bundle set like some have mentioned or for totally unexpected versions (General or Prophecy versions?). As far as Supers, if you're handy with painting I say just buy the cheapest sets available and repaint. I dunno 'bout the decals though.

Cool pics valhary. You need a couple more valks to make the Macross Love Triangle dining table complete. Maybe get the SDF-1 to stop lurking in the back and make a guest appearance.

Man I wish we had something like an IKEA over here. Finding any display case is hard, even on sites like craigslist. Shipping costs kills any savings.

I just checked the prices for international flat rate priority mail and for the medium flat it is $61.75 & $42.25 to Canada using retail price. Online price is $58.65 & $40.15 respectively. How many stands would fit in the medium vs large flat rate boxes or can they fit in the envelopes? I think the envelopes weight limit is 4lbs. Envelope prices are around $24.75 and $20.55 retail. Actually all the others except the medium and large boxes are that price. Sorry, I'm being scatterbrained right now. I was just trying to figure out what is the maximum stands that you can fit in the cheaper shipping boxes or envelopes.
