I like that QAN[T] quite a bit -
In this image you can just see the adapter plugged into the wingtip hardpoint. Flipping the CAD image around you can now line that up and see how it slips around the wingtip, tabs into the hardpoint, and the two tabs in the middle secure into the open wing root slots.

Think I finally worked out how the dang adapters attach. EDIT: Oh wow, I don't think they are even photoshopped out of the promo photos. The angles they used were just that good at hiding them

Yeah, I initially expected this would be announced as a Mirage or Bogue pack. Hopefully those are in the works.

I guess I still don't follow. The swappable wings came with the accessory pack, right? So the thing you needed to equip the accessories was included with the accessories, which is what we have with the 31F Draken pack.

Been saying this from the start as well. 31F comes with them if you have the existing set. Lil Drakens come with them for everyone else. I'm confused why some think this can only be one or the other.

Could be the same numbers as the first release. They have a lot more data about potential demand than we do.

It is a re-release that isn't for me, and that's okay. Hopefully makes it easier for people that do want it to get an order for one.

The real reason probably being that it gives them more character when the animators can draw their fancy hair and fold crystals. The "tech" reason is that it's probably some system that is tuned to their physiology and their runes that enhances (modifies) their senses while piloting which is why they talk about being able to feel the wind so often.

Pretty sure all the Aerial Knights wear helmets, but due to the virtual cockpit in the 262 everything around them is displayed in such a way that it creates the illusion of not having any equipment or control surfaces. When Hayate gets a hit on Keith's cockpit, you see the system shut down for a brief moment as the "illusion" breaks. Oh, and the kid Hayate kills. (I'm sensing a pattern)

Last image I'll post (RE: Chuck) since I was just reminded of it. The original scan of the DX non-transforming prototype seems to be attempting to retain the CGI model.

The outer rings are folded up and between the inner ring so that they are tucked away into a smaller package when stowed. The inner ring folds down flat, then the outer rings fold away from each other then flatten out into a circle before expanding into the radome array.

It'll be interesting if it sticks to the CGI model, but I think at least the folded depth shouldn't go much below the legs.
