  1. I just had to remember which episode I wanted to grab from and did a quick search for it. This one was "Countdown" so I could pull that up in youtube, amazon, etc.
  2. OK, was able to grab a gif of just the scene but might be too big to upload. EDIT: it is too big, but clicking that link will take you to it. https://kapwi.ng/c/ussb6MdC
  3. So this grab makes it look like it is open, even though you can't see the turbine, since it is in shadow, whereas Roy's battroid is clearly closed. OTOH, as Hikaru is crashing through buildings, this looks fully closed: But when Roy comes in, the intake covers actually pop up after he goes to battroid:
  4. I have to rewatch but I'm 95% sure that intake covers close up only in Battroid mode.
  5. But if you collect 1/72 scale planes, the Kitzconcepts in 1/72 might work best. Plus there aren't a bunch to get caught up in.
  6. If you don't have much to spend, don't get started on the HMRs. You'll have even less to spend... ...on rent. ...on food.
  7. Any updates on the Sentinel Zeta release? The Eta was on time, so I'm curious if we are still on track for January.
  8. Awesome. This at least gives me an idea of when it will be slipping into my AE private warehouse.
  9. The DX toys are large and well-made, perfect transformation, etc. HMR toys, due to the smaller size and cost point, have some sacrifices, like swapping out the heatshield for the cockpit glass and the lack of integral landing gear (which are pop-in pieces instead). But the HMRs are decent quality for their size, unlike the Toynami 1/100 garbage that falls apart when you just look at it. The stars of the HMR line are the destroids and enemy mechs more than the VFs. The Monster is BEAUTIFUL. Given I didn't want to collect a different scale (since I already had 1/48, 1/55, and 1/60 toys), I hesitated on getting into HMR. I told myself I'd *only* get the Monster. It was so incredible that I had to get a Defender and Spartan to go with it. And a Glaug. And some Regults. I finally bit the bullet and got the Messer Memorial Vf-1S because at least it was a different color scheme from everything else I had. Next thing I knew I went from this: to this: to finally this:

They already have the molds for SDFM VF-1A Max and Hayao.
  11. Anyone seen word of the release date for the first round of TV parts? Just rechecked my PO on AE and they just show December 2020.
  12. Mine was stuck like that for a day or two. I also had a hold up in customs in Hong Kong and then again in Cinncy. So DHL is sometimes moving a little slower here and there.

I will say that the GBP was one of the last of the line I purchased but it does look fantastic.
  14. Mine from Luna Park (sent DHL) was "Shipment on Hold" for a day or two. It started moving again after that.
  15. sqidd's got almost all of them except the super-deformed ones, since he isn't an SD fan.
  16. Did anyone else see the humor in squidd's post followed immediately by treatment's picture?
  17. My Roy finally showed.

  19. I lolled
  20. I did and they did ship mine already. Supposed to show up today- it did sit in process Saturday to Tueday, when it finally showed movement on DHL:

I think folks are just speculating since nothing was shown in the HMR exhibit.
  22. Yeah, I never got an "ignore" message, so it is probably worth checking out. Air Post didn't change the price much, unfortunately.
  23. Mine kept telling me that it was active and kept ticking down; not sure if the limit adjusted when they offered the Air Post option.
  24. Yep, but then they want that cleared out in 60 days or you get auto-shipped. I ran into this with my Mospeada mook when I kept hoping for better shipping price but it didn't materialize.
