    LOL, I couldn't focus too much on those effects since I had to take care of my son, but at the end after Sharon exploded you can hear those weird effects before she asks "why." Some of the effects were cool where the Valks were concerned. An extra effect was added when Isamu uses the head laser to shoot at Guld and slightly different engine noise from both. I'm going to try and watch the DVD version some time next week to see what other differences there are. I'm glad nothing was removed unlike DYRL.

    In the original it's not even known who they killed(hence politically correct), all we know is they shot down a bunch of F-5s with cannons loaded in the leading edges and that F-14s have Ace Combat load-outs of Sidewinders!

    That's what I'm getting. I'm on the Movie right now and the dialogue seems off for the subs, you still get the idea considering how we've watched the Mangle version 1 million times over, but I'm feeling the ZRO Limit subs by Neil Nadleman over the BD version subs. I suppose that's the trade-off. Awesome either way with the Master HD 5.1 track, never heard the klaxon in the main hangar after Isamu blows out the doors in the DVD version.

    So my first ticket was when I was heading back from SFO after dropping my mother in-law off. I was in a hurry to get back and in my BMW 328i I was pulled over, luckily I was in uniform so in a 70mph(freeway) I was doing 84mph, he asked me how fast I was going and I told him "78ish" and then he showed me the LIDAR unit then reduced it to 76mph. Ticket was forgiven with an online traffic school. Second time was in a government vehicle heading towards Edwards AFB. Damn polar bear caught me in a POS Dodge Grand Caravan going 101mph, had to go to traffic court in Kern County so I had to spend the night in the area about 9 months later. Money spent on a lawyer was wasted(sort of) and the officer reduced my offense to cruising in neutral. That one hurt my insurance since it still went on my record. When I lived in Japan I got two tickets each for 7000JPY all due to trying to take the shortcut home on a street that's closed between 7-10AM. That writeup took a long time since it was my first offense. The second time a traffic sign saying one-way was not even visible, the car behind me was pulled over and I thought I was good to go, and just before I get to my apartment the other cop got out to handle the first offender, then his buddy ran me down in the patrol car. That ticket took 15 minutes

    So I just popped in my copy and am currently watching the OVA is AMAZING! Like most here have said, it's like the entire thing has been reanimated!

    It was sarcasm since Stargate and ID4 both dealt with the alien mothership in the same way, different delivery method, but the same. Even the explosion looked similar I believe.

    I want to pre-order the BD, but I think I'll wait for it to be licensed in the States, do they use the same Seiyu from SAC? I'm hoping they keep the voice talent the same for the English dub if they get around to making one.

    And welcomes it to Earth. SG-1 was pretty fun, I liked the one-line O'Neil delivered when he sent the nuke back of to Ra. "Give my regards to King Tut." or something like that, when I watch the movie from time to time it always busts me up.

    Because unboxing/unwrapping vids are done for a lot of childrens toys. Every time I watched YT with my daughter she was watching some Anpanman or Doraemon or Hello Kitty crap being unwrapped and played with or eaten. It's weird for sure, but she likes it, she's 3.

    Oh yeah, some of the simulator and real-world training scenes were awesome, particularly after he recovers after the accident, oh yeah, and that duel in the nuke-town was bad ass too.
