Well, his is weird too. I got the re-release version and the left arm is quite floppy as well as the fighter mode, I found that flying the DN around was much better than the original. I wanna fix the problems, but all those how-tos get buried with a bunch of other posts.

Well, it's been a while since I looked at the chronology on the good ol' Compendium, but the UN had its Apollo lunar base where it built the SDF-2 and I believe developed the VF-4. I also recall there being survivors on Grand Cannon construction sites around the world. So I'm sure among other things, lots of plants and animals where probably on station as experiments, much like what is being done on today's ISS. Besides what was onboard the SDF-1, reclaiming the Earth was definitely easier with those resources, but like others here, I believe it'll take a long time to get back lots of vegetation and life beyond the cities and the few patches of rain forests that survived the bombardment. If there was any radiation, it would have been from destroyed nuclear reactors and weapons.

I got a YF-19 DN yesterday before coming home from a stay in the city and it transformed easily, I might just be yours. I like this version of the YF-19, looks a lot better than the original with the FPs. Diggin the tight arms and shoulders, not VF-11 status, but better the original 19. All that's left is the Bird of Prey version.

Those are pretty cool. I got my daughter watching Macross. The other day we watched Macross Plus. When the shooting or concerts start she really pays attention. Then I fly my assortment of 1/60 VF-1s around her and those really get her going, especially the Super Ostrich.

Well, this sucks, I logged on to HLJ earlier and looks like the VF-0 was pushed back to May, fuuuuuuuuuck. I was getting pretty excited about it, looks like I'll have to wait until I get back from the hospital to enjoy it.

I think some of the guys used clear nail polish, I haven't tried it for my self, I got the regular YF-19.

VF-1s are not hard, it's the other ones that are hard or annoying, like the YF-19, annoying as hell to transform back into fighter, especially with FAST packs.

Same here, all 14 of my VF-1s are fine too, even if I don't transform somme more than others.

I'm for a TV Roy, the off white of a DYRL Roy doesn't sit well with the TV valks.

This was pretty good, especially the narrative and soundtrack, soothed my nerves after playing some rough matches of MW2. Was the canopy sequence before take off done with an actual scale mock-up? That part interested me a lot.

Man this thing looks good, I wanna buy one. Just gotta find the right timing.

I ordered mine from OD. Other option is HLJ or Hobby Search.

After I got out of the hospital I decided to order the VF-0S so hopefully it's the fixed one.

Alright, just yesterday I finally transformed mine for the first time and the left leg popped off. Has this happened to anybody else? My VF-11B doesn't have that issue. Can anybody shed light if the legs are supposed to be removable like the YF-21's? It goes back on as easily as it seems to come off. I suppose I can still pose it well if I put it in Battroid. Doesn't suffer in Gerwalk.

My set came with good pins. I transformed it to and from and all good. So far all my VF-1 and its other variants have no knurled pins.

I'm gonna have to try tightening the screws too, I got my SV-51 Ivanov in the mail today and I've had the Nora version for a few months and haven't touched it since transforming it to Battroid mode. I was thinking a remedy for the floppiness would be a little bit of clear nail polish as some people have tried with the YF-19. I haven't tried it with my YF-19's arms, they're not that floppy, but I can get the pose I want with it. I have similar thoughts on the VF-0 re-release, I ordered the 0S and hope I can transform it without fear of breaking it, my CF-0A has cracks in the shoulders when I tried Gerwalk and I quickly put it back into Fighter mode. I also wonder if the re-release is Shin's 0 or the CF-0 I bought thinking it was Shin's.

I use a small stick to get the landing gear out. I kind of helped that the the tires came off actually.

Well I got my VF-11C from OD today, and does anybody else seem to have a problem getting the gunpod on there straight? Mine has too much play in it and doesn't stay on the centerline.

Well, yesterday I ordered the VF-11C from OD along with Kakizaki's VF-1 TV ver. and they should get here today, too bad I have to wait a little more for DD's SV-51 and the VF-1D VR since I goofed on the payment information. @Lonewolf Man, that was a great deal, I got mine when it was 50% off, nice toy, I've had it displayed in Battroid since I got it.

Well after finally getting out of the hospital and finally getting online and learning of all the things I missed out in 21 days I decided to plunk down about 500 bucks on DD's SV-51, pre-ordered the VF-0S, ordered the VF-1D Virgin Road on sale at HLJ. I'd forgotten that I'd gotten paid while I was unconscious and just recently got paid again and haven't been doing anything. Anybody know how good the VF-27 is? I'm thinking about going to the hobby shop to pick it up along with the Quarter, but I'm running out of room to display all of this stuff. I'll only be able to display the VF-1D.

Well, I've been gone away from home for nearly one month at the hospital after coming down with a bad case of pneumonia followed by ARDS and I finally got back home. I know my collection is pretty dusty, so I was wondering what some of you guys use to clean off your Valks if you haven't handled them in a long time.

Who in their right mind would want ANOTHER VF-1 repaint?

Damn, too bad I won't be living in Japan after October, I guess my mother in-law will have to receive them for me. Can't wait for a VF-17, that thing will be a beast. Hopefully not a beast to transform though.

Well this is good news, I tried transforming my CF0A my wife gave me for Christmas and the shoulders/elbows were definitely falling apart so I went ahead and threw it back in to fighter before I could finish gerwalk mode. I can finally get my Shin 0A abd Focker 0S.
