I never owned the V1's. And my V2 armors are on their way to me now. But I recall people saying the Armor for the V1 caused stress and cracks on the valk (or maybe it was cracks in the armor)?? whatever it was, I hope the issue doesn't turn out to be similar for the V2 armor.

I believe it was mentioned the armor will come with parts to make the doors open up both ways. And if you look at the picture of the parts in the tray here: http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/thread-188665-1-1.html At the top there are separate missile and door parts as well as doors on the chest piece in another part of the tray. So it seems that might be the case.

Does the game voucher only come with the LE version? I have one heading my way, however I'm not sure I want to keep it. I am considering selling it and getting the regular version. But I'd like to play the PS1 game if possible.

same here...nothing from HLJ for my Cavalier. And the DYRL VF-1A production is listed as "discountined" now. Hopefully that's just for any new orders and existing orders will get fullfilled. Last thing we need is Yamato taking lessons from Bandai!

Still waiting for mine to show up...but I thought I read somewhere that the old PS One side-scrolling DYRL? game would be included. Or is my brain making stuff up again?

Hmmm...I don't think that's how it works here. They will put him in prison sure, but all kinds of things will be blamed and most likely end up changing because of it. The movies he watched, the games he played, comics he read, whatever. It will all be looked at as the cause and people will demand change to "save" the rest of us from the same fate.

Mine finally showed up as well! Normally when I receive a fresh new valk I do a transformation and decide what mode I want to display it in. However, considering all the warnings I've read here about the process, it seems I should wait until I have 2-3 hours to kill so I can watch videos, read all the forum tips, and cross-reference various diagrams while I'm trying to pull it off.

The more I look at this Valk, the more I think it should have a "Nike" logo on it. And there could be a deluxe set that comes with a matching pair of shoes!

My 171 shipped from Japan on the 1st, arrived on the West Coast US on the 6th. I live ON the west coast and I still haven't gotten it yet. It appears to have sat in customs from the 6th until the 13th. Never had that happen before...

That's interesting...the exclusive add-on parts are easier to get then the "non-exclusive" item the parts attach to. what madness!

Kinda cool I guess...it sort of reminds me of the Robotech Defenders "Vexar" paint scheme more then Focker's. Don't think I'll get this though. I'm trying to stick to "canon" only schemes at this stage of my collecting.

One of those available from CD Japan was one I cancelled. Generally I order SAL because I'm not in a big hurry to get stuff (well I am...but I force patience because I'm cheap ) anyway, months ago I placed an order with Nippon-Yasan and CD Japan for a VF-171ex. CD Japan emailed me yesterday to say my order had to be upgraded to EMS because of the size and the new shipping cost would be about $63. Which is way to much IMO. What's odd is Nippon was able to ship it for $27. Not sure why CD japan couldn't do the same. CD Japan gave me the opportunity to cancel which I did. Glad it worked out for someone else

The fast-pack pictures a few pages back show hard-points are to be included. They don't look clip-on either. Maybe the fast-pack set includes swapable wings??

well this sucks...I spent all week sleeping light in so I could check HLJ. And all next week I am out of town for business with very limited internet. I was hoping to get extras for others but ended up with nothing. What a waste. If it's not too late to get in on a group buy

At this point I think it would be easier to get front row Justin Bieber tickets... I have been leaving my laptop on at night and when I randomly wake up, I refresh HLJ, groan and then go back to sleep. I keep asking myself why I am going through all of this. But at this point I have so much time invested I'd hate to quit now with nothing to show for it. But I am probably going to end up with nothing to show for it anyway. I have to go out of town next week for work and won't be able to monitor websites at all. If I don't score one before then I know all hope is lost by that point.
