  15. I used to lighting rig for Cinema 4D to show quick render I tried varios ways to show the panels lines , see if you can spot them ? I will play around with the lighting , some more. Sorry for the big image MOD !
  16. Wow ! the talent that this tread attract is great! I will add some progress shots ! . A questions for the experts? The lettering on the main gun , what should it be when the gun is attached under the VF , there seem to different ideas ( some drawing have it up side down , hasagawa has it as normal writing)- Can you help? Thanks
  17. Nice Job with poster looks great ! I use rhino renders for basic render checks - Flamigo and penguin and Cinema4D ( I have a copy of Maya 3 , bought the book - but alas , so much to do and so little time)

  19. Hi I am at home so the net is extremely slow but let me answer some issues: Rhino is the software I use, but because of the way that I model , I use Solid Edge for "variable" fillets. I create the surfaces ( Nurbs) then create a solid , I project the panel lines onto the surface and use the lines to cut the solid into smaller solids then I run fillet commands or bevel commands around the edges , then I stich them together - Simple Short explenation ! I use 3D Body Paint from Maxon to put the textures on! Hope you can use it! I can give you the long story if you need it?
  20. I did this lettering on the "inside" of the leg . Is there letters on both side of the leg portion ? <_<
