I don't know this stuff because I don't own one though. Doesn't matter though, not likely I can do anything since my friend doesn't seem to know where his is. I was already sold that I wouldn't be able to play the game but when I found the iso I thought it might be possible, oh well.

I might be in luck since my friend has an older model I believe, but I don't know. I don't even know what the memory sticks look like or how I would interface them to the computer... unless the PSP uses a memory format that is similar to a capture card or an SD card.

So, how then can I get the iso onto a memory stick for PSP? I don't know anything about it, but I have a friend with a PSP, so I could use his perhaps.

Before anyone says something, I don't own a PSP nor do I want to spend the money to buy one. I found the iso for Macross Ace Frontier though but I can't find any PSP emulators that actually play any games... but if there is an iso for the game out, there must be at least one emulator out there that can play it. I don't know if anyone here can help but if you know something, please let me know, help is appreciated.

That is a good comparison picture, easy to see some of the problems.... though I will note that such problems don't really bother me that much. However I don't plan to get the 1/60 Ozma so it doesn't bother me that much more, I just want the 1/60 Michael.

Not likely considering Frontier has finished its run. However there is still a movie... we just don't know if it will be a DYRL style remake or something new yet.

There was no magic or psychic powers, the 'light shows' as they were called was just the song energy form Dr. Chiba's Song Energy Converter technology and the sound boosters which amplified sound energy. I think there is some merit to the though that the power of song can be really powerful, but they may overstate it a bit in the show. However I might be biased since I ended up really liking Fire Bomber music and I wasn't bothered by hearing some of those songs repeated a lot.

You have to give Macross 7 at least 5 to 10 episodes before beginning to judge it. Preconceptions and judging the first episode aren't enough. I didn't like the idea at first, and the first episode did not help it grow on me... but as I continued I really got into it, I've watched all of it now (even The Encore, movie, and Dynamite 7) and I think it is pretty good.

You know before watching M7, I didn't think I'd like it at all, and the first episode left me with some of the same impressions as you, but I watched more and I really got into it, now I can say I actually do like Macross 7. I am also a Fire Bomber fan now too. I agree btw, Gigil's death scene was saddening, went out singing though, and My Soul for You is a good song for that.

I've seen the prologue clip before, but my downloaded copy on DYRL doesn't include it, are there certain versions that have it? This will probably be closed soon though since it should be in the newbie question thread I bet.

Considering the G and RVF seem to come with stands, landing gear no longer bothers me. I am really looking forward to the 25G now. 16000 Yen... that is a lot.. for me.. but I can muster it, and by March it won't be that bad for me.

I agree, I was planning to wait on the 25G for the DX anyway, so this makes me really happy. That just looks beautiful compared to what we have seen. I hope this means the others were transformed or posed wrong or something. It could also be the application of fast packs that makes it look nice, but I like the super parts on the 25G anyway so it doesn't bother me. Does anyone know if the 25G will cost more since it comes with the FP? How much maybe? Also does it have a planned release date or is it still set for early 2009?

Fascinating, I never noticed this but it makes perfect sense. You'd think that they would see they need to remodel the chest plate for Ozma then. Well you win some and you lose some.

This probably has something to do with the fact that Alto's VF-25 head rotates when transforming to battroid whereas Ozma's is always facing forward unlike the other 25s. This bodes well that Mikhail's battroid head will have a neck if so. I still think that something can be done about that head though, is it possible the neck is hiding and the transforming guy didn't pull it out?

I can easily see the legs being able to come up more properly. In fact it seems so likely I'm not that bothered with the whole thing at all. It is possible the legs are like that for landing gear purposes as eugimon said, or it could be the legs have to droop like that slightly for the armor or super packs. They may have not finished the super parts yet but I can easily see how the legs will need to be moved slightly for them to fit.

Actually with those pics right there, that looks pretty good... I've never been one to care about accuracy to the show, I'm not looking for perfection... perhaps it helps that I am not a hardcore collector. I do like the show though, and I love the VF-25. It may not be spot on with the CGI model, but damn if that thing doesn't look pretty decent in its own right. The gaps and stuff don't bother me, Masterpiece Starscream has tons of gaps and stuff like that and I love that in my collection. You know, I think this can do just fine. Think I might wait for the Mikhail w/ Fast pack release though, not sure... when is that one coming out? If I do that I could get the Ozma model, not sure yet...

Except that the VF-25 does have a PPB as was used by Ozma in episode 17 to protect the Quarter Pounder's bridge from a Vajra attack.

Mm.. Yes.. nothing like structured organization in a numbered list or flowchart to make understanding easiest.

I have to wonder if it is better to panel line and sticker the model before assembly so you don't run into problems of hard to reach places like the aforementioned wing glove. At least for panel lining it makes sense due to the fact that each piece can be done independently.

How crass . Anyway, March's theories are as good as any. I'd say motion capture is probably the best bet but it could be a number of things possibly. I have some ideas but the most likely has already been said anyway.

I wasn't sure which marker to get but I am planning to get Ozma's VF-25 and considering that it is largely gray what do you think would work best? If I go with a gray marker it might not show well.
