Do you have a really short attention span or something? That isn't really the point. I want to buy it but I can't afford it. And even if I could it isn't even finished - ie painted or fully assembled. At 2.5 times the size of the WAVE model it isn't even that big- the main body in battroid stands at 35cm tall, the size of a 1/6 scale Hot Toys figure. I love Yamato as much as the next guy on this board, but this sort of premium pricing makes me think that the golden age fo Yamato's Macross toys might be coming to a close. When they are releasing a blank valkyrie for their customers to color themselves you could be forgiven for thinking that they are out of ideas... See above. What did Focker teach us about how to handle our Valks? After a while they begin to get loose and saggy and some parts no longer fit as tightly. However before you are ready to throw a jumker out remember that sometimes all it takes are a few well placed screws to get things fixed.

Yep, they seem to have partly implimented SAL as an option now. You have to leave a comment in your order description requesting it tho.

They only ship EMS. I don't know if they mark-up their fees, doesn't look like they do. They don't undervalue or mark as 'gift' tho.

I got the Device Label Jaguar (Ravage) and Tigatron USB drives today. I'm liking them alot. Excuse the crappy camera. I only have a webcam for digital shots... Jaguar and Tigatron. Jaguar and Tigatron with G1 Ravage and Kiss Players Position Glit's weapons stuck on with a twist-tie. Jaguar greets Alternity Argent Convoy somewhere, sometime, somehow in the Alternity multiverse.

So Save, can you tell us more about this then? Or are you Is this really all there is? Just the bare resin kit with no forseable possibility of an assembled toy? How did the kit feel? Was it light or heavy? Are there really 400 unassembled pieces? What features and gimmiks does it have? What are the time frames and costs for ordering?

I'm more under the impression that the toy has been canceled and this prototype kit is the only option for people that want one and can afford, paint, detail and construct it...? If so - An easy pass and total fail combined into the one product.

It will cost that much just to buy the Yamato Webshop Exclusive 1/2000 SDF-1 replacement sholders... Someone had to say it. I wonder how much they will charge for the event exclusive wearthering version...?

The Albino Valk looks great. I assume it only ships with the 1S head? Maybe we will see the other variations later...

My VE-1 arrived Thursday from HLJ. Very nice valk indeed. Only slight problem is with the yellow on the FAST packs, but it isn't as bright as most pictures make them out to be. Also missing from the pictures on the front and back of the box. And incase anyone is wondering, the radome can't be attached without folding up the tail section backpack. I only vaguely prefer the VT-1 (in my eyes it's perfect).

It looks reminiscent of Avalon, which I happen to have liked alot Thanks wolfx

I don't suppose it's possible to have the radome attached without the FAST packs like the VEFR-1 Electronic Warfare Valkyrie can? I'm guessing the vertical stabiliser section would have to be folded at least... Would be nice if it can tho

You don't really need to worry about it. I placed my order with them when it was first announced (5% Early Bird discount etc). Their inventory system shows 'low stock' when they get a new shipment in. I haven't recieved a billing, processing or shipping notice yet. Although I did hit the 'ship my available items now' option in the hope it will make a difference. They won't start processing orders till Monday anyway. Although last time it took them about 2 weeks to ship my items from the time I was automatically billed through PayPal. EDIT: HLJ Payment request just went through.
