So this is the reply I got from HLJ about their 'Order Stop' status for the VF-25F. It's not good news for those still looking. I also asked about why they haven't listed the RVF-25 yet.

Using my rather crappy memory I do sorta remember Otacute relisting the RVF-25 a few days after their first listing... Might have to check that out...

It has got to be scalpers or die-hard fans running scripts to get through checkout that fast...seriously, in about 10 seconds they were sold out.

If you've been doing this long enough then you realise it's a matter of being in the right place at the right time. There are patterns. I've always been able to order without resorting to NY or eBay. It's mostly timing, preparation, and a bit of luck. The initial runs of the VF-29, 25F and 25S weren't difficult unless you waited too long - there was no mad rush until people realised that they weren't going to be discounted like the Ver 1s or Yamato stuff - so holding out for the discount/clearance backfired. I don't know of any stores that stock between 10pm to 8am Japanese time. HLJ can be a bit flakey sometimes tho... BTW, did anyone bother emailing HLJ to ask if their VF-25F Renewal restock actually went up, or if it's just a placeholder? And for that matter, why they still haven't listed the RVF-25? That's kinda weird, even for them...

I thought there is an order limit of 1 at AE..? Or do you have multiple accounts.

I've ordered plenty of renewals, 171s and 29s through AE. Usually for 10-20% off. Take a look at their front pre-order page and check the discounts... Usually about 20%. Seems AE wait a day or so before listing because they know they can list for closer to full retail.

I have a friend in Japan who runs a small toy store. He has been able to take orders from Bandai in the past up until the first run of the DX YF-29 "Anniversary/Fokker Scheme", where Bandai simply told him that they couldn't fulfill his order request... I thought the next release of the VF-25F would include the Super Parts... Seems strange they aren't bundling them, and the VF-25G Super Parts still haven't been announced either.

Hell no! They were mostly discounted in a similar way Yamato's valks were. They were reasonably promptly re-issued too.

They have!? I've ordered a few renewals through them with no problems... Yes. Soul of Chogokin, Saint Seiya, Tiger and Bunny, Kamen Rider... I'm not aware of any Gundam shortages tho.
