Hopefully it won't be another pre-order nightmare.

    The 20th.
  3. It has only just been announced, but has been in development for about two years. There should be more info at the next Wonderfest at the end of July, or Tokyo Toy Show early June.
  4. Sentinel. Possible distribution outside of Japan by Toynami.
  5. If they try to do a cartoon-accurate Tread in roughly 1/36, it will be massive. About an extra half the size of the Toynami.
  6. Yeah, this is the CMs Legioss and ET VF-2SS all over again. Give it six months to a year after release and all variants will be heavily discounted. At least it sorta looks decent. Sorta...
  7. Yeah, I'll be waiting for the clearance sales as well.
  8. What happens if nobody pre-orders it? Would they drop the whole thing or go back to the drawing-board and try to get it right?
  9. That is rather scarey. I have almost zero faith in Toynami. Thanks tho.

Yes. Raider X is the Robotech name for it.

HLJ combine through their Private Warehouse system, but items can only be held for a maximum of 60 days. So Spartans (May) and Defenders (August) couldn't be shipped together if pre-ordered.

18 hours away, yeah? I don't think they will be too hard to get.

And a Roiquonmi Glaug Power Up booster too please!
  14. I wonder if they could get a license for Macross: The First... They could do the SDF and Valkyrie variants without excessive cost.

I'm almost 100% certain the heavy regult will be the entire figure. Fiscally, it doesn't make sens to only release add-on parts for it. Because the VF-1D is a trainer which has two seats similar to the Elint and Ostrich, it could come out when those do. I doubt Bandai will pass it up as it shouldn't be a difficult remould for them. It's a real shame Yamato couldn't complete their destroid line in 1/60.

Thought so, thanks. So it's just the SDF Nousjadeul-Ger, Queadluun-Rau and Regult variations that are missing?

Haven't Bandai shown the Phalanx as well?
  18. THE ROBOT SPIRITS <SIDE LABOR> SATURN Price: 7,560JPY Release Date: July, 2017

Cool, thanks. Although I don't mind taking a few wallet hits for new Hi-Metal molds.

Are there any announced HMR Macross releases past the Spartan in May?
  21. Can you upload that dojin as a PDF or something. I haven't seen those images before!
  22. Photos of the two animation legends during a 2D/3D animation conference at the Japan Tours Festival 2017 in France.. They will be there from 25 to 26 Feb 2017. https://twitter.com/JapanTours37/status/835542776121028608 https://twitter.com/Lysiane46/status/835219987124088836 This girl got to meet Shinji Aramaki in France. And some other guy that made Robotech... or something...
  23. How long does it usually take Figma to go from preview to production? From what I can put together, that Riobot MOSPEDA was what SAVE was alluding to to be on display at Wonderfest a few years ago. Preorders could go up tomorrow or next year or...
  24. Yeah, that's what happened last time. Only CMs were able to deliver a full line-up. Megahouse quit and Beagle died. Now, for better or worse, Evolution Toys are filling the position for the dead CMs Corps. I think it was confirmed that the pic with Macross The First is fake. While the pic with Bubblegum Crisis and MOSPEADA is genuine.
  25. I'm hoping you're right about it locking together more securely this time. I also hope the CMs designer learned from the mistakes with the Tread locking bar. Hopefully a lot more consideration was given to the link-up. The biggest problem to me are the proportions though, and I don't think those can be rectified.
