It looked like a pale green/brown color to me. I thought it was a Canon Fodder VF-25. But yeah he does have a 003 on his armor. I think the blue light is a star that was just in the background. Well placed I might add. The hero disappearing out into space infront of a blue star. We salute you Mikhail! :'(

I can't wait till the fight scene where they use the 2nd Op song...and then the final battle with the Ranka ending the fighting with her version of Ai Oboeteimasuka....it would be a fitting end to the series. Claudia - "What was that song..." Misa - "Just a popular tune." Claudia - "A Tune?" Misa - "An ordinary love song that was popular in the alien city......tens of thousands of years ago."

Well Sheryl did get a chance to pilot the Blue VF-25 and that didn't turn out so well. I don't think she's gonna be piloting anything. She's in the same school, but not in SMS. I think she remembered her calling in this episode and is gonna go back to singing for the people. As for her slapping Ranka, it was a get a grip girl slap. A Minmay Slap. Hikaru did it to Minmay to shock her into listening. Too bad it didn't work to well with Ranka, but she did stop bawling and heard what Sheryl had to say to her. Remember it was Sheryl that encouraged Ranka to follow her desire to sing. I kinda saw Sheryl as Ranka's big sister/mentor even? Yeah she got jealous, but seriously who wouldn't after all the spotlights and your own manager shifted away from you to this girl you pushed forward into the light. As much as I keep toying with the idea of Mikhail being saved, i do believe he's toast. Seeing the previews of the next episode makes me think that somehow the tide turns against the Vajra, the Cayeenes are cleaning house with the flame throwers (Aliens on a huge scale) and man....see that body count? People are mourning, mini-KK (post fight) needs alone time in Mikhail's fighter so she doesn't bite it in the next episode. I think those raging eyes of hers will occur early in the episode after she finish macronizing (is that even a word?). You know I was just thinking Mikhail was a womanizer like Roy. Yes Roy was loyal to Claudia (sorry to use the RT name), but he was caught looking at Minmay's butt in SDFM. And they both kinda declared their love to their true love (Roy to Claudia (indirectly) and Mikhail to KK directly although he got cut off at the end of his I Love You declaration by the vacuum). His death scene was perfect, fight, life flashing before his eyes, declaration of love, and only a momento of him left. What great direction and voice acting. Speaking of voice acting...Man...can you hear the english voice dubbs? *Cringe* So yeah Mikhail's dead....sigh...I think I need a few days for greiving....

Yeah the exo suit didn't save Alto's predecessor from eating it when he ejected from his plane and the Vajra caught him......*squish* *clink* *clink* *clink* *splosh* They should have killed Luca off and then have his brothers pull some wicked LAI weapon out and clean house. *sigh*...how am I gonna sleep tonight....crying, that's how.

I believe it's Ranka's fault. She was singing Aimo and then in her head she said, "[something in japanese] hurts.....it hurts.....it hurts....it hurts". The Vajra went off the "it hurts" resonance and the flood came out. Like the flood crawly buggers in Halo. Sorry my japanese is limited and my wife went back to Japan a few days ago. Man....someone "minmay slap" her again.

Gosh I watched it again and still cried! Doushite?!?!?! I feel Klan's rage and Cathy's pain. Now I really want to Grace and Leon to get knocked off. How'd the Vajra hive get on Frontier anyway? It's all "their" fault for bringing it on the citizens of Frontier. Grace, Leon and the GITS esq cyber collective must DIE!!!!! Except Brera. I was really not liking him from the beginning. Just too bad-a$$ and stick up butt for me. I would be too if I was a cyborg/robot and couldn't die. But I think we'll see him finally remembering his past and will soften up and change sides (we kinda see it already since Grace had to grab him by his cyber balls). I hope he pulls one over Grace. Not sure how, but so far he's the only one who knows how (maybe) to get the real Grace once and for all. I wonder who's going to put all the pieces together in the end? Watching it again, makes me relunctantly say Mikhail is gone for good. He died the most honorable death and songs will be sung about him in Sto-vo-kor, but hey, they did a "GOTCHA!" once with Ozuma in a single episode. Maybe they'll do it over two or three episodes with Mikhail. Couldn't you see Kawamori and Co laughing at us? HAHAHA we got them again!!!! Babies (yes I'm one of them *shaking rattle with pacifier in mouth*...PWND!!!! Anything could happen at this point as "it ain't over till it's over." (Com'on sing it Lenny Kravitz)

Frontier's storyline is awesome! Don't let us down at the end Shoji-san!!!
