After looking at these pics I know I must have side covers for all my 1/48's. And how those chicken hands came to existence I can not fathom; which is why I want DYRL 1/48 recast hands so that these can truly be anime accurate.

My latest aquisition: Hikaru's VF-1S & Super Strike Parts with recast side covers and TV hands. Thanks to Roy's Blues for an excellent deal on a super set! Should be receiving Hikaru's VF-1A Friday to complete the collection...hopefully...it's the 13th!

You aint ever lyin! Kev's last update said he should have it by the end of June. That sounds so much better than it's gonna be another 4-6 weeks possibly since that update came out at the beginning of the month. We'll just have to wait and see... OO

Oh my damn! Is this cannon? I thought only Hikaru's VF-1S had the strike cannon. Doesn't matter. I'll be copping this baby!

The bretheren was right. After piddling with them for a while Saturday I think I actually pulled off my first decent pose. You guys set the bar and inspire. I'm gonna keep at it. OO

Aside from the quality of the pics, those chain bases are just awesome! So if I understand this right, you use 01-03 and two of each for each diorama? Do these just snap together or is are modeling skills required? Did you paint the ground crew set yourself or did you have someone do them for you? The red coordinated with Miria is just phenomenal! One more thing; can we get a pic of just the diorama itself. I want to create this exact set-up but I need a complete visual.

Which chain link base sets are those and how many are you using?
