  1. Do let us know how you like the stands. I am holding back until on ordering anything for a few weeks because I want to see how the stands are. I'll be ordering a few with the Valks if they are as cool as they appear.
  2. While clearaing out my cabinet for dusting my son brought in his 1/100 Max and decided to make him flex...kids imaginations are something else...
  3. Don't know about that. Especially after seeing this pic by Swoosh here. I have this in 1/48 as well and have to say fighter mode is definitely a tighter look than the 1/48. Not a lot of flash, but definitely a tighter and "crisper" look in fighter mode if that makes sense.
  4. Yo, this one is on point Vegas! The effect gives both a weathered look without actually being weathered! Nice one!
  5. Cool to know. It's a no for me for sure! I did not see all the pics at first, but it is obvious this is a model kit.
  6. LMAO@the VF-1A Cannon Fodder when clicking on the link! Yamato is on a serious role! My wallet is screaming mercy!!!! Damn!
  7. Yo! If the price isn't too ridiculous I have to have this in my collection! Too damn cool! But only a 1,000???
  8. Not a bad idea actually. If you have the skills disassemble the Toynami piece and try to see how to go about wiring in a 1/48 if possible. Might be able to pull it off with some skill and luck.
  9. Not all that big on these. I do like the cannopy and head of that VF-22. I am just not familiar with them enough to have a liking for them. Now if that VF-22 came in an LV-1 paint scheme I think that would be one bad ass non-cannon VF-1 variation I'd have to have! Damn that would be sweet!
  10. Thanks for the clarification. Could really care less for these two YF-19 repaints, but would be all over a weathered Roy color scheme. Hopefully Yamato is listening.
  11. I will undoubtedly be copying these two poses! Sweet, sweet, sweet!!!
  12. Reverse miclonization?!?! Deculture!!! Nice shots and thanks for sharing. Just when I thought I was about to catch up, Yamato decides to drop a double nut loogie on us. Good thing I just cashed in some vacation time. Should have these two soon.
  13. As in more for the YF-19 or for the VF-1?
  14. Double Nuts Ballchinians unite! I'm not sure what all the hype is about. If I am understanding this correctly, the VF-22 is cannon and the YF-19's are just repaints? What series was the VF-22 in? I like the red cannopy, but I'm not in awe and "have to have it". Not yet at least...
  15. Cool pics Pete. You really are digging the new VF-1.
  16. My sentiments exactly! I sure hope so!
  17. Pics to further substantiate why I love the 1/48's and hate that Devin stop making those fabulous waterslide decals. Sure wish I could have been around to ride that gravy train. Someone said the new 1/60's were "cute" in comparison to the 1/48's and I could not agree more. Don't get me wrong, I love the new 1/60's, but this picture show's how "cute" the 1/60 looks standing next to a 1/48 of the same type fighter.
  18. Although I like the new 1/60's and I am picking up one of each with the exception of the VF-1D, VE-1, and VT-1; touch my 1/48's? And I'll skin your a_s_s like I skinned that catfish last night!
