  1. A small but clear pic of the promo sheet for the DX Quarter from Tamashii Web' diary update. http://tamashii.jp-network.co.jp/staff_dia...y.php?eid=00140
  2. A couple of pics from the latest Tamashii Web diary update. http://tamashii.jp-network.co.jp/staff_dia...y.php?eid=00140 Michael and Luca's Super Messiahs now have their crotch armor. The diary entry also mentions that there are no plans at the moment for VF-25F bundled with super pack.
  3. NewType magazine scan showcasing the new EVA-02 design for next summer's "2.0: You Can (Not) Advance". I like the use of more black but the white will take a bit of getting used to and I think the horns on the forehead would look a lot better if they were more swept back. Nigouki's prog knife gets a redesign also. I think it looks better than the old box cutter.
  4. Preview of EVA-02's new look. http://neweva.blog103.fc2.com/blog-entry-303.html NewType magazine's December issue will have a more detailed look at EVA-02. I like the use of more black to break up all the red but I'm not too sure about all the extra white on it. If you disregard the white on the color scheme, it's like the production team were going for more "German" looking colors on Nigouki.

  7. First look at the color schemes of Henkei Cyclonus, Hound (w/ Ravage), Cheetas (aka Cheetor) and Ratchet http://www.e-hobby.co.jp/cgi-bin/omc?port=...mp;code=tf_c_21 http://www.e-hobby.co.jp/cgi-bin/omc?port=...mp;code=tf_c_20 http://www.e-hobby.co.jp/cgi-bin/omc?port=...mp;code=tf_c_20 http://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B001B1T1FW/ Hound looks especially nice in this color scheme.
  8. It's nice to see clearly defined necks on these two which makes me think that the reason Ozma's VF-25 has no visible neck might have something to do with that particular test shot which Bandai has been displaying. Also note that the ankles on Michael's Messiah are retracted further into the legs in the latest pics so it looks like it will be possible to get a slightly more show accurate look there if one so chooses.
  9. More pics of the 1/100 VF-25F. http://www.amiami.com/shop/ProductInfo/product_id/109377 That's a lot of parts forming.
  10. New pics of VF-25G and RVF-25 (w/ fast packs) plus display stand. These are the painted test shots that were on display a few weeks ago and the crotch armor piece is still missing in these pics. Thanks to Amiami.com
  11. Hi resolution images of MP Grimlock and Disney Label resin prototypes. http://maruzen-toy.com/TF-008/ http://maruzen-toy.com/TF-259/ These clear pics make Grimlock look a whole lot better than the earlier lo-res pics.
  12. Bandai has released the MSRP for the VF-100 series VF-25F figure. http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/iam-cybergundam/article?mid=15883
  13. Bandai has released the MSRPs for DX超合金 VF-25G (w/ fast pack) and RVF-25 (w/ fast pack). The product description also mentions that the display stand (shown at recent exhibitions) will be included. http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/iam-cybergundam/article?mid=15883
  14. Official images of 1/72 Hannibal PKO Ver. from Kotobukiya's site. http://www.kotobukiya.co.jp/item/page/pk_p...bal/index.shtml
  15. I agree. Definitely too expensive for a rather small figure and I'm not keen on the extra cartoony take on the dino mode. I don't mean it should be more scientifically accurate by being more horizontal in posture but rather the scultping. The G1 toy's dino mode actually looks more menacing than this. Bot mode looks ok but not spectacular. I was more psyched for Animated Grimlock when I first saw pics than I am for this. Also with regards to the size, this month's issue of Dengeki Hobby has already confirmed that Grimlock's bot mode height is about the same as MP Starscream's. So we'd be looking at a figure roughly about 20-22cm.

  17. Moeyo has pics of the DX Chogokin VF-25F and S from Sunday's ROBOT魂 show. http://www.moeyo.com/2008/10/post_6336.html
  18. Moeyo has pics of the 1/100 VF-25F from Sunday's ROBOT魂 show. http://www.moeyo.com/2008/10/post_6336.html
  19. The latest hobby magazines have reported that MP Grimlock will only be as tall as MP Starscream in bot mode, approx. 20cm which means it will be a rather small toy with a huge price tag.
  20. The pics in this post show the die-cast in the hip, inner calves and feet. So yeah, not a whole lot of it.
  21. TFW2005 has concept art for Soundwave and Ravage in ROTF. Note that writer Roberto Orci has mentioned that Soundwave will not be a pickup in the movie so its either misinformation or this concept art will not be used.
  22. GA Graphic's coverage of Revoltech Expo 2008. http://ga.sbcr.jp/mreport/011520/ http://ga.sbcr.jp/mreport/011523/ http://ga.sbcr.jp/mreport/011521/
