Hayate's Sigfried is designated as a VF-31J, according to this magazine article about Bandai's upcoming Mecha Collection MΔ plamo kits.

They look to be the regular 171 going by the cockpit canopy and battroid head design. -

Overall, I was surprised how much I liked it. The Walkure parts I'm not too keen on but I look forward to seeing more Aerial Knights vs Delta Squadron. -
The DX VF-31 is planned for autumn 2016 according to Bandai's displays at Tamashii Nations and the private screening of the first episode. There is no way the Sv-262 is going to be out in early 2016.
